The pretending has got to stop. I've HAD IT with every single Liberal/Democrat in my life. I don't care if you're an Aunt, Cousin, neighbor or a life-long friend. I don't care that we go to the same church, coach my son's basketball or if we have kids that hang out together.

There's no longer room in my life for you or anyone who would associate themselves with those who are purposefully dismantling the country my children will have to live in.

I'm ready to post to Facebook that what's going on in our Government in broad daylight should bring nothing but SHAME and DISGUST to anyone with a lick of sense. And if you voted for Øbama or any of the Congressional crotch-fruit who is breaching the oath they took to uphold the U.S. Constitution, you can go straight to HELL! Un-friend me now.

To overtly disenfranchise the 2/3rds of us who can see the corrupt action this week as the Coup d'état that is is unconscionable. Not to mention the rest of the SOCIALIST ECONOMIC BULLSHIT they've shoved down our throats this past year.

Even better, demand that they explain themselves, and the party that they've chosen to affiliate with, and demand logical, rational arguments, not those whose only basis is anecdote and overwrought emotional projection, and keep after them until they can produce. They will either produce, in which case you're probably already half-way to turning them into decent human-beings again, and removing the liberal infestation from their minds and souls, or else they'll remove themselves from your company voluntarily, thereby depriving them of the accusation against you that you "chased them away." Instead, go out and "bring home" the realities of the situation to any car whose owner is still stupid enough to display an Obastard sticker.

I can understand your frustration. My best friend spouts the Liberal BS at me, and I counter with logical and rational arguments which drives him crazy. But he’s my friend and I can’t kick him out of my life because of some of the crazy things he believes. I have turned him around on the Global Warming issue and have got him to admit several problems with the Health Care bill. I know he’s a good person and he’s my friend reguardless of his political views.

You have pointed to the difficulty in rectifying the issues that confront us as a nation. This is not a North versus South issue, where we can draw a line and say everyone on one side is fighting everyone on the other. It is a neighbor versus neighbor issue.

That guy standing behind you in the grocery store is in a Union, works for the state government, and thinks Obama hung the moon.

As has been pointed out by others, it is not that Obama is the President that is the central issue ... it is that so many living in the US have decided that having a gigantic government is the way we should go, and they see Pelosi, Reid, and Obama as agents of the sort of change they actually WANT.

When you add up all the unionized employees of state and federal government, all of the people dependent on that government, and all of the college professors, “journalists”, and supposedly “progressive” types for whom socialist/communist history is not a negative, some huge percentage of this country see no reins at all on government growth and intrusion. The government is their mommy, daddy, God, provider, and anything that makes it more powerful and more all encompassing makes them happy.

Nothing infuriates me more than seeing a minivan unloading children at the YMCA with a effing Øbama sticker on the bumper. I want to go up and slap the parent and ask how dare they screw their own kids over like that.
