Former President Bill Clinton urged Senate Democrats to pass a climate bill this year during their weekly luncheon on Tuesday, arguing that legislation would spur innovation and create new jobs.

They will have as much luck with this as they have with the Health Industry piracy. Still, it's pretty obvious where clinton is going with this. He knows it's an economy killer. He knows it will make obama even less popular than he is today. They can put hillary in a position to save the day in 2013.
