You are making a grave, perhaps nation-ending mistake.
Attempting to "deem" the Health Care bill passed when it has not actually been voted on is not Constitutional. Article 1, Section 7:

our political ruling class does not respect the constitution and it does not fear the citizens they are supposed to serve because.....they have no reason to. Every outrage and every corrupt act is tolerated and/or ignored. This only invites the next level of outrage and corruption. The people will yell and scream but in the end the ruling class will share none of their discomfort at all. They have already made sure of that.
The time is coming for We the People to give these so called "representatives" the bums rush.

That is exactly right. With the passage of this bill individual rights given to us by our Creator are gone and collective rights given by the government will be the law of the land.

Right now, right now they have to be stopped. Are they representatives of the United States Government or are they the domestic enemy of the State?

Individual States will nullify constituent parts of Obamacare essential to its function, such as the individual mandate. The Feds will respond, "Oh no you don't, our law is supreme." The States will respond: "Law? What Law? The House deemed a law passed, but we deem otherwise". The Feds retort: "Well, we are going to make you heed this law." The States: "Oh yeah, you and whose army?"
