Thirty years ago when I got my census form for 1980, I noticed the trash can at the post office full of discarded census forms.

I filled out my census form last week. So simple! they only wanted to know my name, age, race and that was all. Nothing at all inquisitive into my life.

The main thing to be "feared" is the counting of illegal aliens in California and the resultant increase in the number of Congressional reps allocated to that state. They already have undue influence in Congress. Mostly leftist influence. The "winner take all" rules they impose on their electoral votes simply hands more power to the left.

We are filling out the minimum—how many live here, how many adults, that we are truly “natural born American citizens” and sending in. Hopefully, nobody comes to the door—but if they do we are going to ask why since we already sent in our information and we are going to video the discussion and then lies we are told when we refuse to answer the rest of the questions and post the unconstitutional experience to YouTube. I'm sure there will be millions like it should we be so unfortunate as have to endure that experience!

i just got mine today. WTH difference does it make if I am white black or Eskimo?
I gave the # of people and our birthdates.
Also wanted to know if we rent or own. Again why does this matter in a head count?

I just opened our census form and I didn’t find anything intrusive in it. They asked name, age and race, nothing more. I remember from past census there were long forms that some people talked about but not everyone got one of those. We never did, that I can recall. This seems pretty straight forward and simple, if you ask me.

So far I received a census questionnaire that has a page to fill out for every person living in the house. Not too probing, just the sex, the age. the nationality question and relationship to head of household. No problem filling that out but no more than that.

Declaration To Make To Census Takers

“I hereby affirm that the provisions of Title 13 ``requiring’’ me to disclose my race, personal financial data, birthdate, or any other personal, private information to the Bureau of the Census, an agency of the United States government; constitutes an unreasonable, unwarranted search of my person, house, papers, and/or effects; and a governmental invasion of the sanctity of my home and the privacies of life. As such, these provisions violate the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, and are thus wholly void and I am not bound to obey them.

I have completed the only those sections of the Census form pertaining to the Constitutionally-mandated actual enumeration, as follows:

1. The actual number of people living at the address printed on the form, excluding untaxed Native Americans;
2. Age of each person in accordance with US Const. Amendment XIV, Section 2.
3. Sex of each person, in accordance with US Const. Amendment XIV, Section 2.

I have thus fulfilled my obligation to the attainment of the actual enumeration of the populace of the United States.

Any fine or other sanction that is levied by any office or organization stemming from the unconstitutional provisions of Title 13 in connection with my response to this or any other Census-related questioning will be challenged in a court of law.”
