Heads will be forced to list children as young as five on school 'hate registers' over everyday playground insults.
Even minor incidents must be recorded as examples of serious bullying and details kept on a database until the pupil leaves secondary school.
Teachers are to be told that even if a primary school child uses homophobic or racist words without knowing their meaning, simply teaching them such words are hurtful and inappropriate is not enough.
Instead the incident has to be recorded and his or her behaviour monitored for future signs of 'hate' bullying.
The accusations will also be recorded in databases held by councils and made available to Whitehall and ministers to help them devise future anti-bullying campaigns.
The scale of the effort to stop children using homophobic or racist language was revealed after the parents of a ten-year-old primary school pupil in Somerset, Peter Drury, were told that his name would be put on a register and his behaviour monitored while he remained at school.

So the dossiers can be started at a young age; to catch the little bigots and haters before they reproduce. They can be sent to re-education camps and if that doesn't take, mental hospitals. Then society will be nice and cleansed of all bigotry and hatred. We'll all embrace diversity in lockstep! Oh, and of course the barbarian parents who engendered the little bigots and haters will have to be re-educated too, and not allowed to produce any more bigots and haters. For everyones' good, of course.

It's great to see that the M.A. and H.A. pinglists are still active and going strong, but of course it's a shame that they are needed so frequently.
Thank you Little Jeremiah and Wagglebee for maintaining the lists and for pinging them out when needed. You're providing a great service for people who are concerned about the attacks being made against our culture and way of life.
Move to Great Britain, enroll a white child in school and encourage the child to speak to black children in exactly the same manner as they speak to each other and to white people. Also, encourage the child to speak to homosexuals in the same manner that they commonly speak to each other.
Your child will not only be on the list, he or she will most likely be expelled from school and placed under Government 'care' due to the 'abuse' inflicted upon him or her by his parents, but the parents will quite likely be jailed as well.
I would suggest that the Socialists have barely begun, as evidenced by:
A private citizen can still own a long shotgun and keep it at home.
There is still fox hunting in Britain.
Most traffic and public signage is still in English without multiple additional translations.
Christian and Jewish people are still allowed to walk or drive through muslim neighborhoods without special papers or a passport stamped by an imam.
Arabic is not yet taught as a mandatory second language to all students in schools.
Nelson's Column still stands proudly in Trafalgar Square despite the feelings of pride that it generates among patriotic Britons, although Winston Churchill has been given a straitjacket
People are still allowed to own and drive automobiles, and to drive them faster than 10mph., although they cannot smoke in their cars.

There is still SO much work yet to be done by the Socialists!
