Communist writer Jed Brandt thinks trouble is brewing in America and hopes to use this turmoil to overthrow the American system, Glenn Beck said on his TV program.
He played video of this dangerous kook urging the destruction of the United States:
We have to help bring this government down, we have to help destroy this system and that requires increasing the alienation that working class and oppressed people feel. The way change is going to happen in this country is through the destruction of what we call the United States of America.
I’m opposed to white supremacy not because it’s white people involved. I am opposed to the system we traditionally call imperialism and the idea that some people have rights and privileges that are not granted to all human beings. And the solution to that problem is called communism and socialism and we should put it in our mouths. We should say it when we say what is your politics? I am a socialist. I demand that we have health care for people and it’s not a demand that’s negotiable with health insurance companies.
We will take your insurance companies; we will take the farms in this country; we will shut down the military apparatus in this country and I am tired of being told to stuff my anger back in my pants.
Brandt bears more than a passing similarity to other hardcore, ends-justify-the-means leftists such as Joe Conason, Adam Serwer, and the Fake Journalist Max Blumenthal, if not in substance, at least in tone.

Obviously this man is very confused. Everyone knows that in the USA only "right wing extremists" want to overthrow the government. Communists merely want to round up all the guns and hand them over to the Army and the FBI.
Someone should report this anti-government spewer of hate speech to the ADL or SPLC.

The issue of the threat of Communism to America and the world is a subject I have Read and spoke about since I was in High School in the early 1960s
I find Glenn Beck’s speaking on this and other issues disingenuous.
He speaks about No difference between Republicans and Democrats. / He claims he is not advocating Third Parties
but with out direct speak, he heads that way. /
Most of all, He supports the thinking of Ron Paul and
his acolytes.
Beck speaks against communism but his support for Ron Paul whose views against the war,against Israel, his 9/11 Truther supporters and
currently Paul’s support for Adam Kokesh, a vet against the war and involved in Marxist causes who has support for congress not only from Ron Paul but Michael Moore and other Marxists.
Beck want it both ways.
Also how many times has Glenn Beck said, Obama would be better for America than John McCain.

Communist writer Jed Brandt has a lot of friends in this country; Nancy Pelosi, Rolling Stone (from the article posted here today) Harry Reid, Joe Biden, Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Jeremiah Wrong - they are out destroy America, too - they’re just taking a little longer.
Beck is nuts but I could make a long list of good conservative Republicans sabotaged by the party establishment.
Even when they somehow get nominated like Goldwater you had Rockefeller and George Romney doing everything to defeat them.
John McCain as our nominee last time, don’t tell me that election wasn’t rigged by the party establishment.
