The shrink specifically called this sub-human a “threat to society” and they set him free...not even an ankle bracelet. “Rehab” for sexual deviancy is a way for the psychiatric community to convince themselves and others that they actually DO something productive. While the medication for mental illness has grown leaps and bounds, the actual ‘treatment’ for sexual sadism and rape just doesn’t work. You cannot talk someone into stopping what is an uncontrollable urge. Therefore, removal from society is the only option. Either by prison or death.
The death penalty for heinous crimes is the only answer.
It is repulsive that America’s leaders target so-called “junk food” more fervently than they do these filthy sub-humans.

Given, McCaffrey sounds like a real animal and probably shouldn’t have been out on the streets to be accused in the first place. Still, locking up a sex-criminal for the rest of their lives would make society a safer place.
Even with air tight DNA evidence covicting this scum, he will spend decades on death row before any justice can be served. Worse still is that there will be some who will lament his execution.
