“Rehab can longer be considered an option. Rehab of this behavior is an intellectual psychosis industry that has to be stopped and not rewarded with public money to study these animals.”

The shrink specifically called this sub-human a “threat to society” and they set him free...not even an ankle bracelet. The ACLU fears putting a “Scarlet Letter” on the poor guy...but seriously, how much good does it do, anyway, to register sex offenders with 30 million illegals roaming the streets? Are they all registered in Mexico City? Probably not. When Butch and Sundance couldn’t rob banks here anymore, they went to another country...who the hell else is roaming the streets of America?

We’ve even released rapists and drunk drivers from US prisons because we didn’t want the expense of lockup and released them because they were illegally in the country.

Essentially a get out of jail free card and what’s more, we’ve seen some come BACK to the states to offend again.

The states no longer want to keep prisoners locked up. Too much cost. They persue revenue ticket offenses because they collect money and rarely seek jailtime.
