There's a lot of interest in the McDonald case's oral arguments happening right now.
True.... I am wondering about CCW laws more than anything. It is impossible to get a carry unless you’re rich or connected.
OGAM I believe will be overturned in time. CCW... well, that is a different story, but if there is a shift in momentum it may put more pressure on officials here.
However, I do not expect anything anytime soon unless there is a clean out of corruption, unions and politicians.
And I’m using my 1st Amendment rights to discuss an important topic, and to request jokers stop rendering the discussion pointless from their overwhelming noise-to-signal ratio.
You’re welcome to wallow in this wreckage.
“No argument; discussion of breaking news.”
How could anyone tell from your post?
See? It all works out. And that’s two posts in a row with no jokes, and only one post with a joke. 2-1 S/N ratio.
My kids-ages 4 through 10- watched the first part(before I knew how bad the language would be) and when he had his pre-experiment last supper, my kids all said, “That quinoa looks good, can we have it for supper?” They recognized that, but didn't know what a Big Mac was. Obviously, I'm not a fan of fastfood anyway. My husband, however, is another story :).
Still, my kids pointed out that suing McD’s is wrong...no one held a gun to their head and forced them to eat there.
Your thread moved. Try to keep up.
The thread is marked “breaking news” and requests discussion of breaking news.
Did you ever go into one of their bathrooms and find the soap dispenser empty? Just sayin.
Take the hint already.
This hint? You want me to join in there, too? I doubt it.
Chill.
Discussion of SCOTUS oral arguments in McDonald v. City of Chicago
Good question. We rarely go, but when we do, we use the drive-thru. Imho, the food is more appetizing that way. :)
This thread delivers!
I'm not a big McDonalds guy, but their fries are pretty good. Wendys is good for fries too, whereas Burger King's fries are just flat out horrible. They're the Pringles of the french fry world. I think they're extruded potato pulp.
Best fries I've ever had, though, hands down: Morton's of Chicago. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, who'd order fries at Mortons? Well, we had the kids with us and they wanted them. I can't describe how good they were. Everything was perfect. Perfectly salted, crispy outside, tender, almost fluffy inside. Just the right temperature, and they seemed to stay hot for an inordinately long time.
It's almost as if they were magic fries.
EEEEEWWwwww!!! I can't believe you said that.
