High Crimes and Misdemeanors must first be named specifically, then proven, then the cowardly Senate and House (both of whom back the islamic muslim-in-chief) must vote for the impeachment.

A very long and difficult road to be sure.

Won’t happen until we remove Reid and Pelosi with their RAT majorities from OUR Congress.

Although I am not a devout “birther” I do believe there is a systemic problem with our election system. Impeachment is not an option IMO. I would like to correct the system of verification of candidates.

Since Pelosi won’t even act to remove Rangel, who overtly and intentionally committed so many crimes, why on earth would she go after the “beloved” 0bama?

Your idea has merit, but not with the crowd we have in Congress at this time!

Sounds like a great idea — don’t get me wrong, but — I don’t think it will happen, for all the reasons other posters have articulated.

Yes, we know he is an avowed marxist, we are reasonably sure he was not born in this country, but...for an impeachment to be successful, you need some documentation, some tangible proof. Heck, even with proof, the impeachment of former pres. Clinton failed. It’s just a difficult task to undertake with a huge possibility of failure.

Another thing to consider is that these proceedings are costly to the taxpayers...at a time when we can ill afford it. Without much evidence, is it worth it to pursue an expensive impeachment knowing that it will most likely fail? If we had a lot of hard evidence, I’d say go for it, but right now, without that evidence, impeachment seems like a bad and costly risk.

Why would they impeach him. So far the Democrats agree, at least in principle, with everything he does.

The wall of silence that surrounds Obama’s probable ineligibility as POTUS is a demonstration of who really holds political power in the US.

While Obama is clearly at the top of the tree, that tree is supported most of all by the mainstream media.

It is the mainstream media who have managed to intimidate most politicians into disavowing what is in reality a very legitimate issue.

The mainstream media have telegraphed that they will go after anyone raising this issue with all guns blazing.

..and almost all politicians have succumbed to this threat. Cowed by a coalition of left wing propagandists posing as journalists, most politicians are just too frightened to speak the truth.

Showing that for all of the talk of what must be done to turn America from its Progressive journey, the most important enemy is (even with all of the criticism is does attract) being given a free ride.

The US is fast in the grip of a completely politically driven media, and this is the corrupt force that is most responsible for the fact that there is apparently a fraud and charlatan in the White House.

Until the mainstream media are recognized as a political force for Progressivism, and fought against vigorously and determinedly, nothing will change.

The Democrats and the Republicans are of secondary importance. The real enemies of liberty are the mainstream media, and until they are overcome, neither of the two main parties are going to do what is necessary.

We must focus on taking down the mainstream media. This has to be the first and most important task.

And if the country is successful in removing Obama legally, a full investigation must be conducted to determine how this mistake was made, who all were involved and what damage has been done to our national security during the time that he was president.

After that, guilty heads must roll.

Congress can impeach him if it chooses to. There is plenty of documented crime and corruption.

But, as many have already suggested, it’s unlikely to happen. UNLESS he makes himself so unpopular that even the Democrats want to shovel him out of there.

Well, he’s about half way there. But still a ways to go. Will his numbers continue to get worse and worse, or will he reach bottom at some point? It’s a bit early to tell.
