Can we say, "Worried about our re-elections?"

George W. Bush vindicated.

Hmmm, didn’t hear a lot about this. I thought the Patriot Act was the worst thing ever to have been pushed on Americans by Bush-Cheney. Hmmm, amazing how times have changed. This time, the MSM doesn’t give it much coverage.

I'm not as comfortable with the Patriot Act in the hands of this President.

It's like giving a pistol to an arrogant, petulant 6 year old who's pissed as hell about being sent to his room.

“George W. Bush vindicated.”

Ah, but he’s not the President now.

Always assume every law will be used against you by your worst enemy. The Patriot Act is used against more people than just Islamic terrorists.

Ya, I heard ZERO about this Patriot Act renewal. And Obama will sign it? Yep, I thought that the Patriot Act was like something out of Nazi Germany.

The vindication of George W. Bush.

With regard to national security, reality often kicks liberals in the ass ... more troops to Afghanistan, extending Iraq timetables, renewal of the Patriot Act. Haha.

How do ya like them apples, Code Pink?

I didn’t support the Patriot Act when it was enacted, and I don’t like it now.

VOICE VOTE? are they cowards or what?

“Several key components of the law are set to expire Sunday, including wire-tapping, surveillance and seizure provisions. If passed by the House, they will expire on Feb. 28, 2011.

The law was passed by voice vote, which does not require debate on the Senate floor.”

George W. Bush vindicated.

Just as accurately, ain't a dime's worth of difference between the big government/anti-civil liberty Demopublicans and the big government Republocrats and their leader George W. Obama.

Russ Feingold (D, WI) is against The Patriot Act. So, without even having to think about it, I must be for it!

(We’re working on ousting Feingold in the mid-term election.)

“Many liberals in the House opposed the controversial act, saying it tramps Constitutional protections and civil liberties.”

Laughable, since they’re the 1s wanting to take choices away for everything (i.e., doctors, wearing helmets, etc) EXCEPT whether to kill an innocent person.

Otherwise: BWAAAHHHAAAHAAAHAAA.

So, liberals so hate the horrible Bush Patriot Act, eh? Overwhelming majority voted for it, eh?

These stinking democrat SOB’s screamed and hollard about how intrusive this legislation was .. but now they support it. You cannot get more partisan than that.

In other words, unless the dems write the legislation, it’s not good.

Remember the liberals prisms: the public is STUPID; the repubs are BAD.

If the GOP was smart, they’d immediately put out a press release congratulating Obama for “continuing Bush’s successful legacy of keeping America safe” or something to that affect.

Alas, the GOP isn’t smart.
