Which was the WHOLE REASON for the founders to put in the natural born citizen requirement - so that the president would be of our culture.

It should drop significantly once yesterday's debacle sinks in.

The petulant child revealed at the summit is not what 52% of Americans thought they were voting for.

Beware of hasty generalizations. There are plenty of single women who totally disapprove of Obama and his ideology.

Also, I happen to be aware, due to the unique circumstances of my campaign, that major, and I do mean seismic, cracks are forming in Obama’s support among those black communities in the Chicago area that helped catapulted him to fame. The bloom is off the rose right in his very own community organizing back yard. Keep watching the news. There’s a tempest brewing on the South Side, and it may turn out to be one for the record books.

that “I’m the President so the rules don’t apply to me” remark is going to stick to him like white on rice

He actually said that? When? I wasn't aware of that.

Got a source for me? Be much obliged if you did.

That's just about down to the True Believers: the Blacks, the unions, the ivory-tower professors (and their mush-brained minions), along with the Kool-Aid drinking anti-establishment hippies from the 60’s.

And that's why he's fast approaching his floor. Not that it really matters but we're going to have a very hard time making a dent in these groups. What's absolutely killing Obie and the rats are independents who have swung heavily over to the republicans. These true believers have the luxury of living in their fantasy worlds while the rest of us face the reality of the obamanation that has been delivered by this hapless administration and congress.

"I truly hate this man more than Clinton, I swear Id give hundred bucks to have Clinton back."

At least Clinton was entertaining with a good sense of humor. Obama has the entertainment factor of pancreatic cancer.

I agree with you about the single women. I did not mention them. But the Blacks supported Obama at over 90% in the last breakdown that I saw. I understand that you may be hearing and seeing some anecdotal evidence to the contrary, but I’d be shocked to see his approval rating among Blacks drop much below that 90% figure. I am more than willing to be pleasantly surprised, however.

The way I look at the reign of Barry is that his stupidity will set the democrats back two decades. That may be the only positive in what this truly horrible person is doing to this great nation...(I’m a half-full kinda guy)

"I'm not a McCain fan but, thought his treatment of McCain was horrible.

It was kinda like the scene in Animal House where Boon says to Otter - "Only we can do that to our pledges". McCain's a pain-in-the-ass, but he's our pain-in-the-ass.

Be prepared then. What I am seeing involves key leaders on the South Side. When it breaks, it will go down like dominos. Wait for it .. Wait for it ... (that’s my “Rush” impression of the day)

I predict Chairman MaO to be under 40% before July.

That, and they will cram Healthscare down our throats by executive order or reconciliation. (Because of the National “deficit” emergency you know.)

Or a day of mourning.

Based upon online comments at sites, people liked Obama yesterday.

Could just be because mostly liberals were watching of course.

Same is true of the 43% that Strongly Disapprove. The Democrats are now firmly attached to Pres. Obama. If the “mushy middle” begins to significantly increase that 43%, the midterms will be interesting.

This statement by Obama yesterday, will insure that he continues to drop:

“If we’re unable to resolve differences over health care, we will need to move ahead on decisions,” he said, alluding to using reconciliation, a controversial maneuver that prevents a GOP filibuster by requiring only 51 votes to pass legislation.

Obama added that if voters are unhappy with results, then “that’s what elections are for.”

He can’t bite his lower lip and give that look of humility, like ole Bill could.

O has too much of an ego to subject himself to that.

The tracking poll number DROPPED 5 points from the previous day, and this current number includes one day of polling that was taken Thursday evening; AFTER the ‘health summit’. There wasn’t any other factor out there that would have caused such an immediate plunge. Keep in mind that a lot of these posts are made by organized groups on the left trying desperately to massage opinion...it doesn’t seem to be working anymore.
