(CNN) -- The widow of an Internal Revenue Service employee killed when a disgruntled taxpayer flew his plane into a seven-story building in Austin, Texas, last week is suing the pilot's wife, according to court documents.
Valerie Hunter, the wife of Vernon Hunter, is accusing Sheryl Stack, wife of Andrew Joseph "Joe" Stack III, of negligence, alleging she she knew or should have known that her husband was a threat to others and, thus, could have prevented the attack, according to the lawsuit filed Monday in Travis County District Court.

We haven’t seen details of the autopsy.
How hard it to keep that info out of public record for grandchildren to see?
I didn’t read my own Fathers. The reasoning sounds very unclear. Why would children be concerned with this level of macabre detail?

That is why she filed the suit. To keep it private.
They sued the estate.

Kind of Ironic isn’t it? All parties involved end up feeding money to the IRS.

I seriously doubt that Sheryl Stack had any clue that her husband was about to do something as drastic and deadly as flying a plane into a building.
You know nothing. Keep your lies to yourself.
Suicide is Biblically wrong. It’s playing god. He wasn’t afraid of living through the pain of terminal illness, nor was he distraught over the loss of a loved one and couldn’t deal with the pain. He lost it, and took it out on what he perceived to be his tormentor(s).
He played god in more ways than just taking his own life. Lashing out like that is many things, as I’ve mentioned, it’s crazy and murderous. But cowardly it was not. That was not some quiet, personal hell leading to death at his own hands. He no doubt thought he would be regarded as something of a martyr.
He now has an eternity to rue his actions.
Then don't post your speculation as fact.

When my Dad died his grandchild was told that Grandpa had a heart attack.
The boy didn’t ask to see an autopsy report or photos.
My Grandfather died in a horrible gas tanker fire. When I was a little kid I didn’t ask details. I just knew that I never knew him.
Children dont delve into this level of detail. The Idea that they do and the knowledge revealed could shock them somehow is bizarre.
Did your grandfather’s death make national headlines?

What difference does it make? The notion that these kids need Court protection from the truth is bizarre.
No lunatic supporter of Stack is going to taunt these children. It’s just human decency.
No law suit is required here.

In light of that I would say the system needs to be fixed. Why the requirement to have a wrongful death suit filed just to prevent the public release of an autopsy? It does not make sense to my non-legal mind.
Does that mean every autopsy in Texas is fair game unless the family of the deceased hires an attorney to file a wrongful death suit?
Seriously trying to figure this out. What if Joe Stack went into his bedroom and put a bullet in his brain? Would Mrs. Stack have to file a wrongful death case to keep the autopsy private? If so, the suit woud be filed against whom?
Do you still hold this opinion now that I have presented you with the facts?
She is the legal executer of the estate. Legally, her name has to be on the suit.
