(CNN) -- The widow of an Internal Revenue Service employee killed when a disgruntled taxpayer flew his plane into a seven-story building in Austin, Texas, last week is suing the pilot's wife, according to court documents.
Valerie Hunter, the wife of Vernon Hunter, is accusing Sheryl Stack, wife of Andrew Joseph "Joe" Stack III, of negligence, alleging she she knew or should have known that her husband was a threat to others and, thus, could have prevented the attack, according to the lawsuit filed Monday in Travis County District Court.

You are simply naive.
If you truly believed that, you would not support the lawsuit, so the IRS widow can PROFIT.
The idiot works for the IRS
The idiot, in your words, was also a decorated Veteran, a tax paying citizen, someone’s husband, possibly someone’s Dad, someone’s grand-dad. He did not deserve to die at that coward’s hands that day. Someone who uses violence to make a point is no better than a Muslim terrorist. He could have potential killed many more American citizens that day. You should be ashamed of yourself for calling the victim that name.
I think you are reading a lot into this thread yourself.
I take it you are part of the

crowd?
Probably so and I sympathize. Almost wrote something to that effect in my earlier post.
Maybe, unless she profits from the crime.
Bunny Slippers the suit was to stop the perpetrator from profiteering from a crime.
He won’t; he’s dead; she’s not the perpetrator.
Just a few years ago, in my county, a deranged man went into a one room Amish schoolhouse and slaughtered Amish children. Then he committed suicide before the PSP could get to him. The families of those murdered and injured did not seek vengeance on the widow of the creature who killed their babies. Instead, they comforted her and her children. They did not seek to compound a tragedy by inflicting more anger and hate upon those who had nothing to do with the incident.
I see the murdered man's widow in this case seeking to profit from her own husband's murder. Did he not have insurance? Will not the IRS take care of his widow for her loss while he was on the job?
You and I know that she will be taken care of....for the rest of her natural life.
I also see that the widow is certainly not a very good Christian. Not a forgiving Christian. Not one who sees the tragedy for what it is. She has no mercy for the Stack survivors and seeks to profit in any manner possible from the grisly deed.
And quite a few on this forum would goad her on.
The the other one should countersue! /sarcasm
If you are referring to the IRS widow suing, the answer is YES!
I see that you are totally ignorant on the facts of the case and are posting from emotion only because you hate lawyers and hate paying taxes and in this case, the anti-tax guy is closer to your heart. You are forgiven.
LOL What other kind of insurance could she collect on?
If ANYONE profits from the crime it should be the family of the victim, not the perp.
You will see another post I just did. She has to be very torn about what all her father did. Wondering now if he even loved her - to burn her family out of their home!
And their lawyer....
Geez. There are some real sickos out on FR tonight.
Then you are no better than a bleeding-heart liberal who emotes money to any aggrieved person with other’s money.
Dang, you laid out some good points.
