Uh...it’s a Birth Certificate sooooo the only name should be of the biological father. Seems simple to me. Poor kid. This isn’t about registering a kid a school. It seems to be about the gay agenda. Some people sure have issues.

This is a NEW birth certificate! Hope the kid doesn’t have any genetic problems that he would need the knowledge of from his REAL parents.

I wonder if something like this is the reason a certain occupant of the White House is holding back his(?) birth certificate.

I cannot believe the 5th circuit made this decision. I’m disgusted that a sovereign state is being forced to seal an original vital record and amend it to reflect the sanctioning of an adoption that is against the laws of that sovereign state.
This is a case that should go all the way to the SCOTUS on 10th Amendment grounds.
Fight like hell, Louisiana!

This isn?t about registering a kid a school. It seems to be about the gay agenda. It dang sure is an agenda. The NY court that allowed this adoption should be forced to issue an amended BC not the State of LA. And really it shouldn't be a BC because two men cannot give birth to a child. These men have legal adoption records that reflect their legal status as guardians of this child. THAT IS SUFFICIENT!

Both names. The birth father and the adoptive father? Or the adoptive father and his boyfriend?

Better hope he never runs for president or else he’s going to have difficulty explaining his reluctance to sharing his BC.
