Pictures behind Obama's Desk
vanity
Posted on 02/18/2010 12:09:46 PM PST by airedale
I saw a picture of the photos behind President Obama's desk in the Oval Office. I saw pictures of his kids and wife but I didn't see pictures of his mother, or grandmother and grandfather. The pictures were small so it was hard to tell what was in the older pictures framed on the library table. Are there pictures of his mother, grandmother and grandfather on his mothers side?

I thought I remembered it. Wasn’t there some sort of flap over it — or maybe it was just a slow news day and they covered his love of the bronze statues. I wonder what this President’s fascination is with it. It doesn’t “fit” his urbane image so much. Ah, well. Just goes to show, art can transcend all differences.

Looks like it hasn’t been updated since Carter!

..she must be cleaning up after Biden’s play-do sessions, there’s no other reason, since Odumbo finds the oval office too restricting and the responsibility of being President too overwhelming....(in all honesty,I think he can’t handle the honor bestow upon him,he finds himself not worthy)

So what? I dont have a photograph of my mother or grandparents either in my office either. I do have of my wife and daughters.
Mark this as the only time I’ll ever make a comment in defense of BHO

Im surprised there isnt a mirror on his desk.
There's also almost nothing on his desk. No files, no papers or documents, no reports, nothing.
Kinda like his brain, I suppose.

Most commercial carpet vacuum cleaners are of that style.

I thought it was a photo, not a painting.
I think that was taken from the window of Air Force 1.

no images of white folk except for those that work for him. Given that the family that took care of him was white, I find it strange. He must really hate whitey.
