I don’t have Google Chrome, but I do have the usual security protection. If FreeRepublic linked to any malware, I would know.

Conservatism is an infection for socialists. They are getting desperate. We are doing our job.

I got one better, my sister recently bought a new computer with Vista on it, when she tried to to to Free Republic, it was blocked, under the parental controls default settings, as a HATE SITE. I had to to the settings page and list our URL as an override.

Here's the kicker, The Huffington Post and the DU were not blocked.

I’m seeing this post via Google Chrome and no warnings are apparent.

I am using Google Chrome right now and don’t see any warnings. I suspect it is another program giving you the warning... Any other info you can provide??

No surprise to me.

I worked on a sick computer yesterday, the home page was on MSN.com. and when I tried to search for “freerepublic.com” you simply could not find it.

Found free-republic.net and a scad of other worthless sites, but freerepublic.com was no where to be found.

More of the same, the enemies do notice us.

I’ve had Google Chrome installed about since it was introduced. Don’t use it much, but have never had that problem. I don’t think GC has any built in anti-virus or anti-malware feature. You probably have an anti-virus program that’s giving that warning.

Could it be your settings? My daughter uses Chrome on her laptop and I’ve accessed FR with it without a problem.

So Google, and Chrome, think ideas are “malware.” And are spreading the word that ideas are malware. Very interesting, very Big Brother.

I just saw a note on facebook from a debate moderator who said that a student didn’t win because he used Fox News as a source for information on the Health Care bill.

They’re getting desperate.

It’s not FR, it’s “patriotden.com.”

Firefox has the same problem with it. Classifies it as an “attack site.”
