A Pentagon probe into the death of Iraqi civilians last November in the Iraqi city of Haditha will show that U.S. Marines "killed innocent civilians in cold blood," a U.S. lawmaker said Wednesday.
From the beginning, Iraqis in the town of Haditha said U.S. Marines deliberately killed 15 unarmed Iraqi civilians, including seven women and three children.
One young Iraqi girl said the Marines killed six members of her family, including her parents. The Americans came into the room where my father was praying, she said, and shot him.

The MSM sure seems to be revising the history of how Murtha tore into those Marines. Now it looks like a small household spat in comparison.

All they are getting is the memory hole in which the MSM is dumping the more scandalous comments.

No the Marines never did get an apology from him after the string of vindications from military tribunals.
I called Representative Murtha’s office after Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani was acquitted of charges and asked when Representative Murtha would be seeking out television cameras or appearing on Sunday morning talk shows to apologize for the slander of the United States Marines. She said; “We have no statement on that subject at this time.”

He got to see several of those Marines exonerated. Too bad he didn’t live long enough to see Lt.Col Chessani exonerated as well.

I'm already getting sick of the revisionist history concerning this excrement sandwich on FOX. They keep repeating what a good friend he was to the military.

Murtha kicking the bucket was as emotional for me as when the Swimmer died.
