Democrats like to say A fish rots from the head down. Where are they now that Harry Knox, a militant homosexual advisor to Obama, has once again attacked the Catholic Church?
Knox, Obamas Faith Based Advisor, has renewed his attack on Pope Benedict XVI charging he is trying to use the name of Jesus to hurt people by stating that condoms increase the spread of AIDS in Africa; as if they dont.
Just another Gay activist willing to lie
To the pseudo religious Left condoms are a sacrament theyll go to war to defend.
In the oh so suave and sophisticated world of Obama, and those he surrounds himself with, its not politically correct to ever challenge the effectiveness of condoms because they provide the type of hedonistic non-judgmental freedom that is at the very core of their lifestyle.
The Beautiful people will never admit it but condoms had a very serious failure rate of over 30% in a University of Texas report. The study was an examination of eleven independent surveys whose findings went beyond a mathematical failure rate to an explanation of why the failures happen.
Sexually transmitted diseases, the report declared, are tiny organisms that are small enough to pass through tiny imperceptible holes in all condoms. For perspective, HIV the virus that causes AIDS is so small two million of these death causing organisms can fit on the period at the end of this sentence.
Knox has never hesitated to show his anti Catholic bigotry, and has even mocked Benedicts visit to Africa to lend spiritual support to its AIDS stricken people.
Its no coincidence that Barack Obama, a man who has continually shown contempt for the Catholic Church should have Knox as an advisor: The fish rots from the head down after all.

Obama is a uniter? Republicans are divisive? Obama wants to "reach across the aisle"?
This guy is a destructive force. You can't be this bad by accident -- it takes hard work.
“has renewed his attack on Pope Benedict XVI charging he is trying to use the name of Jesus to hurt people by stating that condoms increase the spread of AIDS in Africa; as if they dont.”
How in the world do condoms increase the spread of AIDS?
“To the pseudo religious Left condoms are a sacrament theyll go to war to defend.”
Actually the left does have some wacky idols but condoms stop an untold number of abortions each year. Does the Catholic church want MORE abortions?
I read a few weeks ago that Jones is still there behind the scenes. He lost the Czar position due his idiocy, but Obama keeps him quietly behind the scenes as his adviser.
No I don’t have a link. Just a memory of what I read.
No, NO, keep him there, he will get catholics to finally realize who Obama is, especially those democrat catholics that voted for the one. When the opposition has idiots that go about committing suicide get out of their way.
Obama’s “faith based advisor” is a homosexual? Are you kidding me? This is nuts.
the same way that seat-belt usage causes accidents: a feeling of safety.
See "Position of the Roman Catholic Church" part of this article:
However, the majority viewincluding all statements from the Vaticanis that condom-promotion programs encourage promiscuity, thereby actually increasing STD transmission
“the same way that seat-belt usage causes accidents: a feeling of safety.”
But...there is increased safety.
As poorly a written headline as I have ever seen..................
The problem here would seem to be that the Catholic church appears to be against any form of sex not seeking to create offspring, so it makes sense that it would be against the use of condoms.
So they appear to be biased in this African AIDS story, do they not?
“As poorly a written headline as I have ever seen..................”
I don’t know, I got a chuckle out of it.
Yes, there is more survivability of accidents. But there are more accidents if people engage in behavior (racing, etc.) that they would not engage in without the seat belts.
“Yes, there is more survivability of accidents. But there are more accidents if people engage in behavior (racing, etc.) that they would not engage in without the seat belts.”
While that does make sense, do you think that NOT sending condoms to Africa so that the AIDS rate grows even worse is a compassionate thing to do?
So did I...............
Think of it this way. The chance of getting an STD by having unprotected sex might be say 5% (I don't know the exact number - it probably varies from place to place). If by using a condom the chance is reduced to 1%, then it is safer. However, if people then think it is "safe" to go ahead and have an orgy or whatever involving sex with ten individuals, their overall chance of getting an STD is considerably more than 5%. In fact its 1 - (99/100 to the power ten), which is nearly 10%.
There is no such thing as "safe" sex, and nor can there be because condoms are not 100% effective. Even under absolutely optimum conditions they have a 1% failure rate, and its usually a great deal higher than that.
Yes, because although I know that the Aids rate will grow if we dont send the condoms, I also know that it will grow even faster if we do. The real compassionate answer is more education.
Well what you say makes a lot of sense but I know that if I were going to have sex with someone and I did not know anything about their (sexual)history, I’d be wearing a condom. Frankly, promoting no condom use when in these situations is just begging for skyrocketing (even worse than now) STD and unwanted pregnancy/abortion rates.
Are condoms the be all and end all? No. Is the catholic church going to get people to stop having sex for pleasure? I wouldn’t count on it.
“Yes, because although I know that the Aids rate will grow if we dont send the condoms, I also know that it will grow even faster if we do.”
I don’t know that I agree entirely with that statement.
“The real compassionate answer is more education.”
Missionaries of all stripes have been trying that for a few hundred years now. How’s that been workin’?
“..condoms had a very serious failure rate of over 30% in a University of Texas report. “
How can a 30% failure rate NOT increase AIDS cases?
