Does this really make you want to buy an Audi or stop the green police?
OMG, I can’t believe they had the stones to tell the truth so bluntly.
That ad made me angry and yes, it’s a possible future scenario.
Coming to a city, town, state near you with the Obama and Gorites. They’re brainwashing your children right now. Orwellian.
Marking.
I’d love to see the ad run this fall, without mention of Audi!
LOL.. Seen this ad and I didn’t know who the hell came up with it. When I saw it was Audi and they were serious, I was like WTF?! They aren’t helping their cause. LOL.
The Greentards were unwittingly making fun of themselves.
The future as see through the looking glass darkly.
“Funny ad....”
But, chilling at the same time.
IMHO
Stop the green police and not buy an Audi for sucking up to the green police.
Audi: Built in the country whose theories of the State gave the world 95% of its totalitarian suffering in the 20th century.
Stop the “Green Police”
I wonder now long it will take before “The Ad” is force off the “Air Waves”?
This is what the Brits are going through. Brilliant ad!!!
Love Cheap Trick singing “Green Police”.
I told my wife this ad wouldn’t make me want to buy an Audi, but then I wouldn’t be buying one anyway. We have a friend who has a Volvo and the joke is that the radio only picks up NPR. So I guess the Audi people are looking for the same demographic.
This pro-tyranny commercial made me want to escape to freedom, join the resistance, find a 1979 Chevy Suburban and drive it right over the green police eco-nazis.
Cap and Tax in action.
This ad mocks Green Police. Audi engineers don’t need govt help in engineering smart machines. Audi is the standard.
Not brilliant, because the ultimate point is that you must suck up to the eco-nazis by buying a “green approved” car, so the eco-nazi police will let you have your own green lane to drive on.
It’s the opposite of the 1980s Macintosh ad, that supported fighting tyranny. THis one at the end tells viewers to knuckle under, support the green eco-nazis, and buy a nazi-approved green car.
In the end, the ad is pro-tyranny.
What is the message - the green state is coming, so you might as well give in and buy any Audi?
And what is so clean about their diesel? It all comes from the same pump right? Aren’t all post 2007 cars required to use low sulfur diesel? It just seems dishonest to imply their car burns diesel any cleaner than some full size pickup truck.
The ad SEEMS to mock the green police until the end, when they suggest that good proles should obey the green police eco-nazis, and by an eco-nazi-approved “green car” as the way to find happiness and avoid arrest.
The ad is pro tyranny at the end.
