Who Is Behind Quashing the Birth Certificate Issue?

Back in October of 2008, when the subject of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be president of the United States was just a blip on the radar screen of public awareness, I wrote an article about how easy it was to find my then -92-year-old mother’s birth certificate.

Frankly, I didn’t think finding my mother’s birth certificate was possible, given the fact that she had been born in a farmhouse in Storrs, CT, along with nine of her 10 siblings, to parents who didn’t speak English. Despairing that she would never be “qualified” to receive the care [in a nursing home} that she desperately needed, I set about to find the document, which I was sure had vanished in the unreliable record-keeping of 1913. When I called the third number, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I was “asking something impossible.” I gave her my mother’s first name and her father’s last name. Within four minutes, she said, “Here it is!” When I expressed my amazement, the woman said: “That’s nothing…we’re routinely asked to find birth certificates from the 1800s, and we do that all the time!” Total time it took me to find my mother’s 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse birth certificate: 10 minutes!

Obama was born not in 1913, like my mother, but in 1961—or perhaps in 1957, according to his MySpace page, which would make him 52, born supposedly in Hawaii before it became a state in 1959.(continued)

I would like to see those papers. I would also like absolute proof that they are not faked. I heard O’Reilly claim that those newspapers were proof of Obama’s eligibility. It was just more case of O’Reilly spinning to try to shut the issue down.

Is this president's refusal to supply birth certificate verification a concern of Americans? It seems we here at FR are not alone by any means. That national media utterly refuses to recognize and derogatorily refers to those inquiring as "birthers" is actually an organized assault on a large (and growing) portion of American citizens. And they wonder why no one watches them anymore.

Glenn Beck not so long ago told his viewers that they should demand answers to their questions and keep pressing when the answers were not forthcoming. I thought matters that involved The Constitution were also important to him. It appears his message was only applicable to Fox News / Bill O'Reilly approved topics since this is a question millions of Americans are rightfully asking and it does involve the US Constitution.

Bill O Oielly said he had a fax of the birth cert when he and Beck were chatting on his program and to be frank about it I would like Bill O rielly PROVE what he said. That fax would have who it was from and when it was sent to him.

O'Reilly is clueless as to the difference between a certificate and certification. I believe there is a birth certificate on file, and the certification accurately reflects what is on it. I have serious doubts it was filed by a hospital or a doctor. It was probably filed by a relative. There has been nothing provided that contradicts this possibility.

Barack has three birth records on file with the HI DoH.

Dr. Fukino has examined those vital records (plural).

1) Original Birth Record states Barack Hussein Obama II was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI.

2) Adoption Birth Record, circa 1965-66, supercedes the original birth record and states Barry Soetoro was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI. It lists Lolo Soetoro as Barry's father.

3) Court Ordered Birth Record, circa 1971-72, supercedes the original birth record and the adoption birth record and states Barack Hussein Obama II was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI with Barack Obama Sr. listed as the father. Ordered by the Court after the Soetoro adoption was dissolved.

The reason the Court Ordered Birth Record does not have a hospital administrator signature or doctor's signature is because it was created by a Court ORDER after the Soetoro adoption was voided.

Barack's ineligibility evolves from his Indonesian National status as Barry Soetoro. Indonesia does not accept dual citizens. Barry Soetoro requested and received a Certificate of Loss of Nationality from the U.S. State Department before Indonesia would acknowledge Barry Soetoro as one of its citizens. Barack/Barry exploited the fact it is assumed a person with a HI COLB is an American citizen. HI DoH will create COLBs for noncitizen adoptees. Barack/Barry's ineligibility can only be determined by examining the records for Obama and Soetoro at the State Department.

Obama birth doctor: All I want Obama to do ---or one of his close advisors ---is to publicly tell us the name of Obama's birth doctor.

Is that too hard to ask of the President of the United States? Obama could tell us today or tomorrow the name of his birth doctor without having to give out ALL the details on his Hawaii long form birth certificate.

Of course we know why Obama has not told us the name of his birth doctor at Kapiolani Hospital all these years: There is no doctor name on Obama's long form Hawaii birth certificate, and Obams knows it.

So, Obama, what is the name of your Kapiolani hospital birth doctor way back in 1961? What are you so scared of that for some unknown reason throughout your 46+ plus years, you have not come out publicly and named or praised your Hawaii birth doctor?

The same address was used in both birth announcements but it was NOT the home of the Dunhams(they lived on Kamehameha Ave. from the time they arrived in Hawaii until they moved to University Ave.so they coould be closer to Noelani Elementary School) and Obama Sr lived at 625 11th Ave after moving out of the bordering house where he originally lived when he first arrived in Hawaii in June of 1959. The home listed in both birth announcements was the property of Professor Orland Lefforge(Head of the Speech Dept as in debating) and his wife, Thelma and their three children, Andrea, Mia and Scott. Andrea was the oldest being 6 at the time. I wrote the University of Hawaii back in September asking when Professor Leforrge returned to teach there after receiving his PHd from UW at Madison but have never received a reply. He taught there as late as 1949 with a Master’s degree in the speech department, but by 1968 he was in Washington D.C. as an aide to Sen Inoyue.

O’Reilly’s OPINION means very little, especially, lately. Hawaii announced many births thet did no occur in Hawaii. All one had to do was write the newspaper and request it be announced.
