Barack has three birth records on file with the HI DoH.

Dr. Fukino has examined those vital records (plural).

1) Original Birth Record states Barack Hussein Obama II was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI.

2) Adoption Birth Record, circa 1965-66, supercedes the original birth record and states Barry Soetoro was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI. It lists Lolo Soetoro as Barry's father.

3) Court Ordered Birth Record, circa 1971-72, supercedes the original birth record and the adoption birth record and states Barack Hussein Obama II was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI with Barack Obama Sr. listed as the father. Ordered by the Court after the Soetoro adoption was dissolved.

The reason the Court Ordered Birth Record does not have a hospital administrator signature or doctor's signature is because it was created by a Court ORDER after the Soetoro adoption was voided.

Barack's ineligibility evolves from his Indonesian National status as Barry Soetoro. Indonesia does not accept dual citizens. Barry Soetoro requested and received a Certificate of Loss of Nationality from the U.S. State Department before Indonesia would acknowledge Barry Soetoro as one of its citizens. Barack/Barry exploited the fact it is assumed a person with a HI COLB is an American citizen. HI DoH will create COLBs for noncitizen adoptees. Barack/Barry's ineligibility can only be determined by examining the records for Obama and Soetoro at the State Department.

Not at all. A US Citizen cannot lose their citizenship as a minor because of the actions of one or both parents. Whether Soetoro adopted him or not, in the US he retained his name and his citizenship. Period.

As for the birth place of Obama. Even the school paper that is so frequently seen, from Indonesia, says that Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.

You have been misinformed. Since he did not do it as an adult it could not happen. It would not be legal, even in Indonesia. And I've seen no evidence that it happened at all, only speculation.

This is only partially true. Even in Hawaii, when they were issuing BC's for foreign borns, they were not doing it at the time that Obama was born. His eligibility has been confirmed by the state-certified COLB issued to him by the State of Hawaii. The Director of the Department of Health confirmed the fact that Obama was definitely born in Hawaii.

All the suppositions in the world will not negate that fact.

Is this documented in any way, or an explanation of how you think it could have happened?

The problem I see with this scenario is that Fukino could only see the birth certificate that was in effect unless she had a court order to see the others, which would be sealed. And none of them would show an amendment. Nor would Obama have to post a forged COLB.
