"Barack's ineligibility evolves from his Indonesian National status as Barry Soetoro. "

Not at all. A US Citizen cannot lose their citizenship as a minor because of the actions of one or both parents. Whether Soetoro adopted him or not, in the US he retained his name and his citizenship. Period.

As for the birth place of Obama. Even the school paper that is so frequently seen, from Indonesia, says that Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.

"Barry Soetoro requested and received a Certificate of Loss of Nationality from the U.S. State Department before Indonesia would acknowledge Barry Soetoro as one of its citizens."

You have been misinformed. Since he did not do it as an adult it could not happen. It would not be legal, even in Indonesia. And I've seen no evidence that it happened at all, only speculation.

"HI DoH will create COLBs for noncitizen adoptees. Barack/Barry's ineligibility can only be determined by examining the records for Obama and Soetoro at the State Department."

This is only partially true. Even in Hawaii, when they were issuing BC's for foreign borns, they were not doing it at the time that Obama was born. His eligibility has been confirmed by the state-certified COLB issued to him by the State of Hawaii. The Director of the Department of Health confirmed the fact that Obama was definitely born in Hawaii.

All the suppositions in the world will not negate that fact.

You are confusing involuntary Loss of Nationality with voluntary Loss of Nationality.

Barry Soetoro volunteered to give up his U.S. Citizenship to become an Indonesian National. Indonesia would not have allowed Barry Soetoro to become an Indonesian National unless he first showed a Certificate of Loss of Nationality (Form FS-348 circa 1966-67) because Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship.

Obama supporters like to point out court cases and immigration policy contrary to a minor renouncing his citizenship. But this concerns involuntary Loss of Nationality and has no effect on voluntary Loss of Nationality, i.e. a step-son of an Indonesian National living in Indonesian and planning to spend the rest of his life in Indonesia.

It's obvious Obama considers the dissolution of the Soetoro adoption as dissolution of his Certificate of Loss of Nationality on file with the U.S. State Department. It's not true. When the Soetoro adoption was voided, Barack Hussein Obama II became stateless.

Barack had a window of opportunity to restore his U.S. Citizenship until he turned age 18 and 6 months. Even so, restoration would have required an Oath of Allegiance which would make him a naturalized citizen.

Birth doctor: Do you happen to know the name of Obama's birth doctor way back in 1961? Do you know that in all these years, Obama has not once, as far as I know, publicly come out and told the world who his birth doctor was.

Nordyke twins: These twins were born in Kapiolani hospital on Aug. 5, 1961, one day AFTER Obama was supposedly born in the same hospital. Their 1961 long form Hawaii birth certificates are on the internet.

Yet, the Nordyke twins' file numbers are 3 file numbers LOWER than Obama's number, although Obama supposedly was born one day earlier. Can you explain why Obama got a HIGHER number?
