Back in October of 2008, when the subject of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be president of the United States was just a blip on the radar screen of public awareness, I wrote an article about how easy it was to find my then -92-year-old mother’s birth certificate.
Frankly, I didn’t think finding my mother’s birth certificate was possible, given the fact that she had been born in a farmhouse in Storrs, CT, along with nine of her 10 siblings, to parents who didn’t speak English. Despairing that she would never be “qualified” to receive the care [in a nursing home} that she desperately needed, I set about to find the document, which I was sure had vanished in the unreliable record-keeping of 1913. When I called the third number, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I was “asking something impossible.” I gave her my mother’s first name and her father’s last name. Within four minutes, she said, “Here it is!” When I expressed my amazement, the woman said: “That’s nothing…we’re routinely asked to find birth certificates from the 1800s, and we do that all the time!” Total time it took me to find my mother’s 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse birth certificate: 10 minutes!
Obama was born not in 1913, like my mother, but in 1961—or perhaps in 1957, according to his MySpace page, which would make him 52, born supposedly in Hawaii before it became a state in 1959.(continued)

Obama chooses to tie up federal court and federal judge time and use taxpayer funded DOJ attorneys to prevent their release. That Obama is misusing federal courts and DOJ attorneys to prevent proving something so true ( in your opinion) is worthy of impeachment.
What lawsuits have been filed specifically against Obama? Almost none.

Nice try. lol Why are you rejecting a valid form of ID that is issued by the State that Obama was born in? That the Governor of that State has affirmed that he was born in. And that the Director of the Department of Health for that State affirms that he was born in the state.
Are you under the impression that people for almost 50 years, in all levels of Government have colluded to ignore that he was born somewhere else? That makes no sense.
As for being a Dem. What I am is a genealogist and paralegal. I know what documentation is available and I know what isn't available. I also know what proof is, and what evidence is. All I've seen from the birthers are wild, highly inventive, suspicions without anything to back them up. Even the supposition that the document, that Obama so nicely provided for examination when he didn't have to, is a fraud has nothing concrete to back it up. The people who have seen it, touched it and examined it say that it is valid. Who are you to say that they are wrong? Can you provide any proof that it is not valid?
OK..He is tying up federal courts and using DOJ attorneys to prevent the release of documents that ordinary Americans provide **routinely** for many jobs.
Huh? He is wasting tax dollars and taking DOJ resources ( at time when are soldiers are shot dead on their posts and planes nearly blown out of the sky) simply because he isn’t required? That’s his reason for his wasting so much our resources?

In the age before computers how would they do this in any kind of timely manner ?
When I worked for a paper, we routinely took the information
given to us and printed it.
It was a social issue , just like wedding and graduation and job promotion news.
We would never dare give someone the third degree on legitimacy or any of the information they provided .
Or pry into their private lives.
Any U.S. Citizen, regardless of age, can voluntarily request a Certificate of Loss of Nationality from the U.S. State Department. Any discussion of age restrictions is concerned with involuntary Loss of Nationality.
It's xenophobic to think non-citizens of the U.S. can come to America and naturalize and a citizen of the U.S. would not and could not naturalize with a country other than the U.S. Some countries, like Indonesia, do not allow dual citizenship. Consequently, they would require an applicant for naturalization to demonstrate a Certificate of Loss of Nationality before they can become a citizen.
Step out of the U.S. Some countries consider themselves equal to the U.S. and are not shocked when an American shows up and volunteers to naturalize with their country.
You are truly color-blind.
All the suppositions in the world will not negate that fact.

Birth doctor: Do you happen to know the name of Obama's birth doctor way back in 1961? Do you know that in all these years, Obama has not once, as far as I know, publicly come out and told the world who his birth doctor was.
Nordyke twins: These twins were born in Kapiolani hospital on Aug. 5, 1961, one day AFTER Obama was supposedly born in the same hospital. Their 1961 long form Hawaii birth certificates are on the internet.
Yet, the Nordyke twins' file numbers are 3 file numbers LOWER than Obama's number, although Obama supposedly was born one day earlier. Can you explain why Obama got a HIGHER number?

Illegitimate vs. Legitimate: Could you please tell me how the Department of Health was able to tell the difference by looking at a birth certificate, if the person who filled out the form did not make such a distinction?
1961: Hawaii is in the middle of switching everything from being territory to a becoming a new state.
Do you really think that Hawaii officials are going to take the time to find out if a child is legitimate or illegitimate, with hundreds of children of legal and illegal immigrants to worry about? I don't think so.
Also, maybe I didn't see it, but on the Hawaii long form birth certificates that I looked at on the internet that came from that period in Hawaii history, I did not see a space for legitimate or illegitimate birth.
John McCain gave all the documents he was asked for, birth records, medical records, you name it, to answer his citizenship/eligibility questions. Didn't obama vote on it? I don't remember. But, I also don't recall obama releasing the same records McCain did, which is why the issue won't go away.
Of course, if answering those questions might be an admission of some less than legal act and/or intent on his part, I can understand obama's lawyering up.

I am not trying to discredit the work you and 'they' are doing. I was merely pointing out that a website is not a court of law.

I also, without the benefit of being a lawyer for 55 years, found the info provided was well reasoned.
Maybe you can also inform one of the trial Attorney's in the law firm where my father works, exactly what that lawyer missed after not refuting any of information at americangrandjury.org.

Obama, if his father is of Kenyan descent is not eligible to be President unless of course is father was more than 240 years old.
Who then, is the JUDGE that provided 'instructions' to the 'AmericanGrandJury.com'???
