While political momentum is building within the Democratic Party from coast to coast to make the issue of Obama’s claims to be born in Hawaii a litmus test for its political opponents in the 2010 general elections for Congress, a key component in such a strategy has been undermined by the Hawaii Attorney General’s Office.
In correspondence with The Post & Email, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”

I will not travel to HI until the documents are released.
I wish all conservatives would declare this too.
1) Original Birth Record states Barack Hussein Obama II was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI.The reason the Dissolution Birth Record does not have a hospital administrator signature or doctor's signature is because it was created by a Court ORDER after the Soetoro adoption was voided.
2) Adoption Birth Record, circa 1965-66, supercedes the original birth record and states Barry Soetoro was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI. It lists Lolo Soetoro as Barry's father.
3) Dissolution Birth Record, circa 1971-72, supercedes the original birth record and the adoption birth record and states Barack Hussein Obama II was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI with Barack Obama Sr. listed as the father.
McCain was born on a US Military base in Panama. This is considered “US Soil”, just like if he was born in an Embassy.
I read the poorly written, almost unintelligible article, and I have no idea whether the article actually says what the headline claims.
Not quite the same as Barry's situation.

What is your source for this? I have never seen it in print anywhere.

Without this the whole Indonesian episode is moot per the State Dept.
Of course, having a British father also eliminates one from being a Natural Born Citizen, but this would be the icing on the cake.
What Glenn Beck said is that if Hillary Clinton could not find that Obummer, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, is not eligible to be president, you are not going to find that he is ineligible.
His comments were that Hillary has the ability to dig up the dirt on anyone, has a mechanism in place to do it again, etc.
Now although I do not necessarily agree that everyone should give up just because Hillary failed, I can sympathize and respect Beck for his position.
The one problem I have with that is that knowing how mercenary Hillary Clinton is, I can't help but wonder if she decided that it was better to climb on the band wagon and ride to the pot of gold at the end of the road rather than fight what was at that time the inevitable.
As for getting Obummer, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, out of office with the real birth certificate, that is never going to happen. Even if the birthers find what they want, it will take 3 to 5 years to wind its way through the courts.
The real value of a birth certificate showing him to be ineligible will be the political fall out. Finding him ineligible would destroy the dim party in the next several election cycles.
