Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) sharply criticized Samuel Alito's reaction to President Barack Obama's State of the Union address, calling the conservative Supreme Court justices behavior inappropriate.
During last night's address, Obama took aim at the Supreme Court's decision to gut campaign finance restrictions for corporations and labor unions. While Supreme Court justices typically maintain stoic dispositions during State of the Union addresses, Alito, who joined the 5-4 opinion, appeared to mouth the words not true as Obama spoke.
"That's not very judicial of him," Feingold told POLITICO. "Apparently, he thinks he gets to make the law. He should maintain his judicial demeanor, and that was inappropriate."

"Apparently, he thinks he gets to make the law."
And you, Sen. Feingold, apparently think your law trumps the Constitution of the United States.
We have Supreme Court justices like Alito for the specific purpose of protecting our nation from the likes of you. No wonder you're mad at him.

Apparently, he thinks he gets to make the law. No dumbass, that's not what he thinks at all.
You, as a legislator, get to make the law. But the law that you make doesn't get to abridge the first amendment.
And when it does, it is Alito's duty to his office to invalidate your law. Got it?

FeinClod takes a cheap shot.
The camera switched at the moment Obama made his lying comment of the SCOTUS decision to record the SCOTUS judges to catch any reaction. Alito's body reaction and his comment was not said to anyone but himself.
What planet are the left from?

Is this 2010 or 2012? We have to get this POS voted out along with Juan McCain.

Reminiscent of the FDR days when he attacked the Supreme court because they were for the Constitution and not for FDR’s Facist agenda.

Wow, a Supreme Court Justice is not allowed even a reaction now when he is being lied about and chastised in front of the whole nation.

Wisconsin Senate: Thompson 47%, Feingold 43% Any decent campaign run against Feingold will end his senate career this year.
To: blueyon
Maybe instead he and Roberts, Scalia and Thomas should have stood up and sang, “Stop, in the Name of Love.”
