There couldn't be a more true statement made about what I've been seeing on the internet of late. YouTube allows terrorists sympathizers (or worse) to use YouTube servers to host videos that the terrorists then post links for downloading or embed on their websites.
Many of the terrorist blogs and websites are on blogspot.com, a Google owned hosting service. Facebook allows all manner of anti-Semitic groups to exist.
There's even a LOVELY group called "F*ck The Troops" [group title editing mine]. Even after being reported multiple times, it's still up.
Then you'd think a group called "Support Our Troops!" would be safe, right? Not really.
A friend of mine found that group and had the following conversation:

The fact that a terrorist or terrorist sympathizer attempts to use any or all of these services is to be expected. What is mind-boggling is that when each of these entities is notified of the fact that they are providing free services to terrorists, or that they are hosting content which calls for violence against specified groups, the entities have thumbed their collective noses at the person bringing the complaint, ignored their own terms of service, permitted the activity to continue, and even threatened the accuser. Yippee! They can be so proud of the contributions they are making to society.
Meanwhile, we'll continue to report these anti-American, anti-Semitic, terrorist sympathizing Facebook pages whenever we see them - and I hope you'll join in and take a stand with us.

Facebook is totally in the tank for those who would do us harm and destroy out country. I don’t get it.
I use Facebook and am a veteran. That said, isn’t this “hate-speech” covered under freedom of speech and expression? What if anti-homosexual or pro-Christian groups were removed because they were considered hateful or insensitive?
IMHO anyone who joins these anti-troop/Jew/etc. groups puts a social target on their back and risks employment or losing their employment.
And if CW2 breaks out we’ll know who the enemy is by name and location. :)
Just so you know, Obama probably rescinded that earlier EO... Thus Youtube does not have to take down the vids anymore. However, there are other laws out there that may apply.
Slam Facebook all you wish. They have no cute kittens (that I’ve seen) and I give you my blessing.
When the lights are off, the roaches come out. In some cases, turning the lights on isn’t as important as killing the roaches. In short — sometimes it is a good thing to give the bad guys enough rope with which to hang themselves.
It’d be interesting to know how many undercover FBI or CIA agents are members of those Facebook groups.

As far as I know, the EO’s are still intact. Of course he’s taking people off the terrorist list, so he’s helping them from the back side of things.

I will also tell you that a friend started a group for Imam Alwaki (or however you spell his name!) — the Imam that was counselor to Nidal Hasan and is now hiding out like a little chicken-livered baby in Yemen — and called him a terrorist. Facebook took the group down in a matter of hours. And yet the Anti-Semitic groups remain. What does that tell you?
That’s just it, certain speech is mistitled as “hate speech” and completely banned by the leftist morons while outright treason, aiding comforting and abetting the enemy is protected.
