When it comes to birth certificates, just because it's official, doesn't mean its real.
A WND investigation has revealed that over the past three decades, changes to how the 50 states process vital documents have opened wide new avenues for nefarious parties to alter records and thus acquire fraudulent, but official birth certificates to falsely pass as U.S. citizens.
Thanks to the states' nearly exclusive reliance on digitalized vital records, a foreign terrorist, for example, wishing to obtain a U.S. passport for unhindered travel in and out of the country could with the right computer knowledge or coercion of the right state employee walk into a county courthouse and within minutes, pick up a genuine, but completely fraudulent American birth certificate for his passport application and no one would be the wiser.
"It's entirely possible that these [vital records] systems could be altered by someone who wishes to do so," says Professor Eugene H. Spafford, executive director of the Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security.
Spafford, the 2009 recipient of a Computing Research Association award "for his long and effective leadership on issues of computer security and policy" has worked with the FBI, departments of Justice and Energy, the U.S. Air Force and a number of private companies to identify cybersecurity threats. He has testified before Congress and been consulted by U.S. presidents for his expertise in the field.

In fact, an exceedingly dangerous terrorist with just such a fake record did precisely this.
He is now systematically and maliciously destroying the US economy, our civil rights, and the national defense.

It'll be like the first coming of the Messiah, with a world census in order to get everyone registered.

I believe they were from Mississippi.
Apparently he had someone in the records sept of some County and was inserting birth certificate records into the computer system as long as they were for someone under the age of 34.
That had something to do with their converting to computer records.
Unless the person was checked for a high security clearance, where they check the paper record, the fake would never be caught.
Who B dat?
This is a very sick and sad scenario. Forget all about security under these circumstances. I will say that you CANNOT do that in Canada. I actually checked with vital statistics for B.C. anyway and ONLY the person needing his/her own birth certificate must provide ALL of the pertinent information duly notarized by all parties including doctors, hospitals and then the parents must be checked out. I tried, even before Obama was elected, because I work in the legal field, to have searched out whether there was a certificate of his birth in Vancouver, B.C. They told me, absolutely NOT. ONLY the person who was born has access to that information. Nobody else, not even a Lawyer’s office, unless of course, the Lawyers office were given a Power of Attorney by the individual to obtain that document. THIS article points out and even highlights a HUGE hole in the United States security. CO
What HI produced tho was very incomplete. It did not even resemble a true long form birth certificate. Look at the lack of information on what Obama has posted. It’s truly pathetic. CO
Paper has multiple attractions vs. digital documentation.
At least if they went to digital *images* of the original documents, those would be much harder to fake, at least fakes that would stand up to any more than casual examination. At least they'd be images of orignal documents, showing all the information on the originals, which could be cross checked with other records, rather than printed with a template extracts of *some* of the information on the original certificate, which leave very little that can be cross checked, especially with the ridiculous interpretation of "Medical Privacy" laws to include birth records of highly public figures.
Probably this is how Barry will get himself fixed up with that birth certificate everyone is waiting for.
Good Point
Taxing the world is starting to be implemented.
This is exactly why I do not believe Hawaii destroyed any record. Those papers represent power and no county clerk would ever let loose of those original paper records.
Considering my current field of work, I find this very interesting. The State of Texas is busily scanning all the birth and death records, but the certified copies provided by the state will be very clear copies of the original certificate printed on security paper. Much different from the short form shown from HI.
The world famous www jpeg for Barry is actually a modern day (rev 11/01) short form, and of course, of suspect authenticity.
If he obtained an original record back in 1961 by way of the 1957 law, that would look completely different.
