Time to send General Ban Ki-moon to the moon.
The next GOP candidate for POTUS, in addition to pledging to eliminate the Departments of Education, Energy and Labor must pledge to push for the relocation of the UN to some crappy EU country ASAP.

Translation - if the US has finally caught on to this ripoff, than we’d like to reconsider. This proves the AGW crowd is all about US money and not any kind of global warming, errrr, climate change.

The Indians and Chinese see no reason to come to an agreement because they know Americans don’t want it, anyway and they can’t gain an advantage. They can’t have their way with Zero, because they know the American people won’t let Obama sell America out. There is nothing to gain here for India and China, so they are throwing in the towel.

The MA election has weakened the AGW (radical leftist) agenda, hopefully.
But that is not why India and China refuse to sign. They refused to sign before the MA election.
The refuse to sign because they know what side their bread is buttered on: cheap labor and cheap manufacturing kept cheap by not having to abide by extreme totalitarian eco-regs.
