BREAKING NEWS FROM WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETS RALLY
AntiMullah ^ | 01/17/10 | Alan Peters /RALLY SITE

Posted on 01/17/2010 12:53:58 PM PST by FARS

Phone call from the Scott Brown rally, outside Mechanics Hall:

Up to 5,000 supporters of Scott Brown have gathered vociferously outside the hall, loud enough at times to drown out the phone conversation. Shouting slogans, they have blocked all four street lanes for about half a block around the rally point.

Only a few at a time were allowed into the hall for about 15 minutes and they have just announced that the hall is filled to capacity as are two overflow areas, one of which is Lexington Hall in the Crown Plaza hotel.

At least 2,000 people are still in the street outside the hall with no room for them to go. They are now marching toward another with a least 1,000 in front of Race Bannon who was one of the first to turn toward the new location and has that many behind him.

Whether sound and video will be piped to the oveflow areas was still unclear, though simulcast has been started at the Lexingtron Hall, whose 400 or so capacity has wall to wall, flesh to flesh packed attendance of at least 1,000 very enthusiastic supporters.

The rally includes visitors from New Jersey and parts of Illinois among other places.

I just drove home — small town just south of Boston.

I’m talking about street corners — everywhere! Every business section — every major intersection is loaded with Brown supporters.

I saw one lone little old lady, in her eighties, standing at a cloverleaf out on US Route 95 with a Brown sign — everybody honking at her as they drove by at 70 mph.

I saw NO Coakley signs — NO coakley supporters — none — zero — nada — never saw anything like it.

And how about THIS!

http://www.theobamafile.com/obamalatest.htm

The local SEIU is pissed off that the national union didn’t get their input before sending 300 SEIU members into the commmonwealth.

The local SEIU is SUPPORTING Brown.

But these Dems up here are famous for stealing elections. brown has to win

Re: “The Freedom Train”

Don’t mean to be picky, but it’s the “Freedom Trail.”

I usually assign his *blame Bush* mind set. But as you noted, he has no connection to US history....as a second generation child of refugee immigrants or descendant of former slaves or from having spent his formative years in the classrooms and neighborhoods of America.

Even though he has been elected to the most powerful office of the most powerful nation on earth, he behaves like a man without a country.

Your post reminded me of something many years ago and I can barely remember it. But it was a prayer-like prophecy that
a revival beginning would originate again from New England.
Possibly the ramifications of this election could be that spark.

Don’t become over-confident!! Keep pushing. The ‘Rats will try every dirty trick in the book to insure Scott loses.

HELP SCOTT DEFEAT THE OBAMA SOCK PUPPET!!

(stole this from another FReeper, but bears repeating)

•People in ANY state can volunteer for the phone bank! http://www.resistnet.com/forum/topics/phone-calls-for-freedom-call-1?commentId=2600775%3AComment%3A1891491&xg_source=activity

•Anyone… Anywhere… Contribute! https://www.icontribute.us/scottbrown

•Live in or near MA? Volunteers still needed at many regional offices. If you can help, please email Laura@brownforussenate.com and she will tell you how.

•If you live in Massachusetts, become an election judge. In Boston they pay $135-$185 and they NEED Republican monitors.

Needed; military and retired law enforcement VFW and police organizations etc to monitor polls- prevent the voter fraud they’re plotting right now. Video tape everything; document everything; prosecute the perpetrators. http://www.cityofboston.gov/news/default.aspx?id=3599

We spent nine months in MA back in the mid 80’s and I will never forget the feel of being in Lexington and standing where they fired the ‘shot heard round the world’ and had to wonder what happened to MA.

We were supposed to be permanently there at Hanscom AFB after the Industry assignment, but it was a frustrating nine months.

When I went to register to vote, the lady told me she didn’t have any Republican registrations three different times. Soon after, we found out we were not staying in MA.

Today I am so happy to see the people of MA standing up. Maybe it took someone like ZERO to get them out of their funk that they were a dark blue state.

I don't think my Texas accent would be accepted in Massachusetts.

"He said “We cannot look back and use the same old failed policies of the past”"

People keep forgetting that HE (obama) is the "same old failed policies of the past". HE was part of the administration that he critizes so. Someone should throw that back at him, and keep throwing it at him, til he shuts up.
