KOTZEBUE FISH DROP AND REFUELING

the inspectors pulled 30 of my patient charts at random to inspect, and guess what?
NO DEMERITS!
All the charts were spot on!

I was on the Ksdk out of St. Louis,Mo. [www.ksdk.com], they reported that we lost 3 MARINES on Jan 11 in Helmend Provence. The only one that I can find is Cpl. Jamie Lowe out of Johnsonville,Ill. He was with 3rd Recon Bn. out of Oaknawa Japan.
