A boy of 11 who has already been arrested more than 50 times has become one of his town's ten most prolific burglars.
The one-boy crimewave was given an electronic tag and confined to his children's home in a bid to control him - but when he broke his curfew nine days running, magistrates simply gave up and removed the tag.
Staff at the children's home have repeatedly proved unable to stop him coming and going as he pleases.
Now police in Croydon, South London, are simply waiting for the youngster to turn 12 in February, when it will finally become possible to detain him in secure accommodation.

Talking? I bet they tried “talking” to him in his last 50 arrests.

They’re not doing much more than putting him in time out. Get him a damn tutor. Let him sit and pout...but keep on talking. Almost sounds like the kid is autistic??
To: RaceBannon
LOL
I have a better idea... let him come stay with me.

Break his legs, the casts will stop him moving around and the pain will serve as a lesson in behaving oneself.

In most places in the US, this thug would get eventually get shot during one of his burglaries. Unfortunately, Britain not only has stringent anti-gun laws but also prohibits self-defense even in one’s own home.

He needs an extended program of percussive therapy. If he shows any sign of recovery, he should be sent to the military but only if his presence does not detract from the honorable branch he serves

Muslim recruiters are waiting with baited breath for this kid ... maybe they can talk him into blowing off his penis while blowing up a plane... ( the old "underware" bomb" trick).
Of course they'll need another "mark" to do the cell phone taping ... Cave monsters get off on that kind of stuff - they don't have cable.
