So the birth mother (former lesbian) has to give up HER child to a lesbian and the Vermont and Virginia supreme courts both issued the same ruling? She refused to abide by the court order allowing Jenkins visitation.
She fled with the child.
Miller was awarded custody. All she had to do was abide by the visitation ordered by the court.
Look, the judge didn’t set up this mess. The child is being removed from Miller, because Miller refused to follow the guidelines set down by the court and fled with the child.
No custodial parent gets away with that, if visitation has been granted to the non-custodial parent.
I don’t like Jenkins getting the child, but Miller is the one responsible for the outcome.
