Sigh - now they are going to blame Bush...

###################

I don’t buy this news release at all. Just too coincidental that right before bo’s speech aq claims responsibilty for crotch rocket bomber and now, suddenly, msm says he was trained by Gitmo muzzies released in 2007. I would have to see documentation of this to buy it.

Bush was a disaster regarding Muslim terrorism and ESPECIALLY the Saudis. Why do you think we’re at the point we’re at now?

They should. This PC BS is bad no matter which president is involved.

Bush's administration was as touchy-feely as any democrap administration.

Bush responded to the 9-11 attack properly but then he, like Clintoon before and 0 since, tried to be friends with the ROP muzzies.

Epic FAIL all around.

"Sigh - now they are going to blame Bush..."

You knew that was coming. It will be interesting how Obama's team handles this piece of information. He has, after all, already released a fair share of terrorists himself, any one of which could turn up at some later date holding a bomb that actually works.

Sigh - now they are going to blame Bush...

The fact that our enemies were not conquered, occupied, and at least partially reconstructed by the 2004 elections is George W. Bush's fault, entirely.

His absurd crusade to remake the Ummah in the false belief that "they are just like us, they want what we want" is entirely responsible for the predicament we are in today.

IMO, Bush should have shown more leadership here. He kept Norm Mineta in office as Transportation Secretary for far too long. Mineta and his family (Japanese immigrants) were in an Internment Camp in WWII. This is probably where the "diversity and political correctness over safety" mantra began. It was under Mineta/Bush that the frisking of grandmas started and continues to this day.

They (and we) damn well should blame Bush, if this is true. Don’t you think so?

With good reason.

And under Bush - the good Dr. Hasan kept getting passed along.

Well, Bush was the one who let them go after the Saudis promised him that they would “rehabilitate” them.

Bush should be blamed...he was an idiot and we have lost untold amounts of freedom with his stupid policies, he helped usher in Obama and what good did any of it do?

He opened the door for a fascist takeover of our country.

Sigh - now they are going to blame Bush...

So let me get this straight: Napolitano says this guy was a loner and had no material help. Now they are claiming (and giving creedence) a day later to the "fact" that two released Gitmo folks were behind this. Talk about lightning about-face matched with convenient info within 72 hours.

The real cost of this, as of now, strategy is to put the brakes on Continental Club Gitmo. Without being too conspiratorial it sure seems convenient that just as O and Co. are leaking that Gitmo might not be closed until 2011 they get a perfect excuse to delay. Problem is they are forced to make the very argument that Bush did as far as the danger of repatriation and moving detainees to US soil. Don't even get me started on the civil trials.

Bush should have killed all the Gitmo inmates before Obama took office, but he ‘couldn’t do that’.

Who was ultimately responsible at the time for their release?
