I don’’t appreciate articles that are smug, self righteous and dripping with contempt for those that have a different opinion, but heh, that’s just me.
Facts are based on what we know from hard evidence.
All we know about this putz is someone posted “online” (as if that is hard evidence) a copy of a COLB - which wouldn’t even get any of us a passport.
Oh and we have some hard evidence of the amount of legal fees he’s paid to hide his true birth certificate.
The “natural citizen” stuff- is based on anecdote and faith.
Therefore, Obama can’t be anything other than a natural born citizen.
Well, we don’t know if he kept his citizenship.
The whole argument hinges on this tidbit right here. And as far as I know, it is false. We have not seen the long-form birth certificate and so we cannot say if Obama was, or was not born in Hawaii.
The question being asked ("Is he a natural born citizen?") is a perfectly legitimate question. Obama has spent over $1M to avoid answering it.

Facts are stubborn things. IF Obama’s Father is BRITISH CITIZEN Obama Senior, then Obama is not NBC under ANY law whether he was born in the USofA or Canada or Kenya.
Liberals try too hard and show their lack of comprehension as soon as they open their mouths or hit the keyboard.
Yet the section quoted in point #2 of his argument expressly does not refer to ‘natural born’, and he ignores the historical evidence of what ‘natural born’ means and meant. Psssh.

He was born in Kenya. Multiple relatives, including his grandmother, say so.
He received a Certificate of Live Birth from the state of Hawaii a couple of years after it became a state, when it was catching up on legal paperwork. People could apply for a COLB long after the fact, with no evidence of anything.
The fact that Obama obviously has no intention of running for a second term proves that he knows he can't.
Another pathetic excuse for a lawyer being spewed out of one of America's law schools. And already arrogant to boot. Just what we need.

The author is arguing here that Hawaii had no “long-form” birth certificate in 1961.
Why not spend $15.00 plus the .44 postange and have the actual birth certificate released and why hire lawyers to fight off those requests? That’s simple too and IF spending hundreds of thousands on lawyers to fight to keep from spending $15.00 plus .44 is not the height of incompetency, I don’t know what is.
