The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-three percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -21

I think all this is Kabuki theatre and in the marble halls the staffers and the Senators and Reps know...the bill is less than 50/50 of ever seeing the President’s desk. Can you imagine the epic meltdown at the Whitehouse if that were to happen.I disagree. I think SOMETHING will pass, hailed as a great leap forward. Hussein and his puppy dog press will trumpet it...I am amazed LIEberman, with his insurance company connections, is going along with the Senate bill.
Nelson's betrayal did not surprise.

It’s getting to the point where a massive terrorist attack would really help his poll numbers. Watch out folks, a wounded animal is always a dangerous animal. I don't know about that.

He’s doing quite a few things, even on healthcare, that are frankly alienating his base while failing to woo the right.
The only way his numbers drop farther, in my mind, is to loose his base as well.
