I did once buy recycled toilet paper. It was rough and smelled bad.

I don’t usually use soft toilet paper...Scotts is still my favorite. But how dare these weenies try to tell any of us what to use?

When I was stationed in Europe, my wife had a collection of toilet paper from several countries. Some were close to sandpaper in texture, and one sample was corrugated like cardboard. My guess is that harsh, sub-standard toilet paper may have contributed to the European penchant for starting wars.
