US President Barack Obama has awarded himself a B plus for his first 11 months in office, stressing in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that there was still much to be done.
"A good solid B plus," Mr Obama said during an hour-long, intimate soft-focus ABC network Christmas at the White House special, when Winfrey asked what grade he would give himself.

Dung beetles and the things they value . . .
If I had searched on "obama gives himself", I would have seen this.
Objectively, if you were to grade his performance, it would be a low grade F. The economy got worse because of him and he has mishandled foreign policy. He also quadrupled Americas debt.
What will his approval rating be when he gets an F.
Gave himself a B+? Lets see what history give him 50 years hence. I just might be around for that!
Well, he did attend Harvard (Law), where “norming” is the norm.
This is from the educational system that gives you a B for just showing up.
That's "B" as in Bozo, "B" as in Boob, and "B" as in Big Wee Wee
-- and I'm definitely a plus in all three categories.
Not even an “F.” I am a teacher and I would expel him for the mayhem and damage he has caused to this once-great country.
And he has over 3 years to go in his “Reign of Terror.”
Since we have to be careful about what we say under this new National Socialist government, I will simply say “Off with his teleprompter!”
I agree... he is somewhat behind schedule on turning the United States into a Marxist police state.
However, I'm sure he'll press ahead with his "social justice" agenda because his contempt for the Judeo/Christian free enterprise system is beyond pale.
just like his nobel peace prize, its the intention that counts not the result.
Somewhere, someone just won a bet that he would say this tonight.
Did Oprah eat the 350 pound gingerbread house? That question is the only thing that makes this article interesting.
"God opposes the proud (Prov 3:34). Both James (4:6) and Peter (1 Peter 5:5) cite this Old Testament text, including the word "hyperephanos" (Περηφάνια), the "proud/arrogant" person. It stands in contrast to the word "humble, " a quality that God honors. Paul's list (Rom 1:30) includes "hybristes", one who behaves arrogantly toward those who are too weak to retaliate. Finally, a remarkable example of "hyperephanos" occurs in the Magnificat (Luke 1:51). Using language largely from the Old Testament, Mary tells how God will scatter the proud, possibly a reference to a specific group in society and political life. They are characterized by suppressing the masses, the poor and humble in Israel. God will overthrow them and exalt the lowly. While His wrath is upon the proud, He will visit the humble in grace. "
Merry Christmas. CLAIM it brothers and sisters.
