House of Lords, 8 December 2009: Lord Turnbull: My Lords, on first reading the Committee on Climate Change’s latest progress report, I found it an impressive document. It was broad in scope and very detailed. But the more I dug into it the more troubled I became. Below the surface there are serious questions about the foundations on which it has been constructed. There are questions in four areas-the framework created by the Climate Change Act 2008, the policy responses at EU and UK level, the estimate of costs and finally the scientific basis on which the whole scheme of things rests. I will consider each in turn.

Unlike many of those involved in the climate change field, I have no pecuniary interest to declare, but I am a founder trustee of the Global Warming Policy Foundation, which seeks to bring rationality, objectivity and, above all, tolerance to the debate.

Global warming is a lie. The term “Climate Change” was a manufatured public relations gimmick to try to cover up for the absolute unrefuted fact that they tried but failed to cover up. mTHE EARTH IS COOLING!!! The next time one of these freaks ( and they are demisihing in huge numbers daily.) comes up to you and says “Climate Change “ You ask politely— “ how is it changing?” She will have to say “Warming” and you say “Got ya!!!”

The reality of the scam is starting to set in. It is giving a few huge sums of money, and ultimate control over sovereign nations.
Now if we can get a sufficient outcry from the US Senate with a resounding no to any agreements that might be signed in Copenhagen by the guy that can't even produce a legit Birth Certificate, perhaps we can bide some time and not get scalped just yet.
The problem is the GE's, and every other industry that have their eyes on big bucks on supposed climate friendly energy production.

Yep. A “global mean temperature” figure, by definition due to geography and elevation, requires deleting and sifting and adjusting and weighting. . . .all you climatologist CHUMPS are just now beginning to see the overall conceptual problem of surface monitoring stations: the utter futility and stupidity of arriving at a lone, single, “global mean temperature” figure that means anything at all. Do any of you have any control at all over how gullible you have allowed yourselves to become if you still believe this can be logically achieved?
