UN Security Stops Journalist’s Questions About ClimateGate
Big Government ^ | December 11, 2009 | Mike Flynn

Posted on 12/11/2009 1:05:41 PM PST by libstripper

A Stanford Professor has used United Nation security officers to silence a journalist asking him “inconvenient questions” during a press briefing at the climate change conference in Copenhagen.

Professor Stephen Schneider’s assistant requested armed UN security officers who held film maker Phelim McAleer, ordered him to stop filming and prevented further questioning after the press conference where the Stanford academic was launching a book.

If our libs can't do anything else, they use disgusting thugs to silence their questioners.

Interesting how quickly the academics involved in climate issues resort to brute force in order to control the masses and avoid inconvenient questions. I am sure they would be the first to scream if anyone interfered with their “academic freedom.” Free speech (to the point of lying) for me but not for thee.

The U.N.’s version of free speech doesn’t include anything that makes it look bad. It’s written right into their declaration of rights.

So...if there is so much science behind it, why can’t they ask questions? It doesn’t make sense if in fact the science proves, without a doubt, global warming exists. This is a do as I say, not as I do moment for the whole climate change business.

To be honest...academics don’t behave like this. Socrates would have demanded the right to question any intellectual....any academic....any citizen. If you make a statement, your logic and your facts must stand by the statement. If you shove people up against a question...your statement in the first place is baseless.

I would strongly suggest that all of these academic giants go back to university and take a class in Socrates.

Apparently Mr. McAleer isn’t a party to the “consensus!”

From what they planned/plan to do to us based on this falsified data,

they should be strung up from lampposts.

If some other entity was acting to rob incredible amounts of wealth from our country, subjugate our people to international elites, and force world population reduction by half,

they would be pursued and executed for genocide.

So as the founder of the SEIU said in an interview, "If we can't convince them with the power of persuasion, the we'll have to use the PERSUASION OF POWER."

Will obama's brown-shirted thugs beat us into submission?

The man who "banned torture" at Gitmo, is going to use TORTURE to overcome us all?

Are we all going to paint a yellow coward stripe down our backs and suddenly become a third world country having to beg for morsel of bread?

Eagles Up.
