A former Duke University employee and adoptive gay father charged with molesting his five-year-old son--and offering the boy as a sex object to pedophiles online--is expected to make a plea bargain, according to a Dec. 1 article in local newspaper the Durham Herald Sun.
Frank Lombard faces charges stemming from alleged instances in which he molested his young adopted son and chatted about the deeds online even as he carried them out. It’s thought that the U.S, Attorney’s Office is positioning the case for a plea arrangement because the Office is set to file an "information," which allows the prosecution to sidestep a grand jury indictment. The "information" will be filed in Washington, D.C., and will charge Lombard with sexual exploitation of a minor, the Herald Sun reported.

I read the arrest report-—the PDF file on this homosexual pervert....I also saw pictures of the little black child he adopted and I also read the transcripts of his promises of delivering this child to a motel of the next pervert’s choice for fun and games with his little boy. Yeah....I get the gist- and I don’t want ANY American tax payer to have to support this piece of shit, EVER!

In WA state, you now CANNOT discriminate against gay couples based on their sexual orientation as it pertains to adoption.
Just wanted to point that out. This case is THE MAIN REASON why adoption agencies were reluctant to place children in gay families.
Pretty tidy little business plan. Adopt a black or special needs child, announce the same to your circle of perverts, collect cash for a go at your ‘son’.

I was told that the Lawrence v. Texas case was strictly about the actions of consenting adults in private. When does a child consent to be brought into an alternative sexuality household and told what’s “normal” even if society frowns upon the family’s actions?

He was a big wheel administrator and you kind of wonder what other administrators at the school went to the same parties.
Traditional Magazine had an article a couple of years ago about two gay men whose home was remodeled in California. They had two adopted daughters from somewhere in Asia; China or Korea maybe.
Why are they calling what he did “molested” when it was really rape?
