President Barack Obama told House Republican leaders to "stop trying to frighten the American people" even as he and Democrats said they see a possibility for bipartisan cooperation on job creation legislation.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters that Obama made the admonition during a bipartisan meeting at the White House on Wednesday, producing a chart to show Republicans that "things are a lot better."

It is the growing realization by those who had their heads in the sand (or elsewhere) that everything we were trying to tell them that the Corruptocrats and Obamao are and what they would do was true.
I have seen this in the eyes and out of the mouths of my most liberal, lefty family, friends and coworkers. A year ago some of them were calling me a "hate filled, racist, reich whinger" and worse because I told them that this is what would happen.
Some of them have apologized and are now quite frightened of the future. When they ask me what I think is going to happen in the next few years I tell them. They all turn a sickly shade of green and the expression on their faces is the one that someone who has been punched in a very sensitive spot has. When I tell them that it is now pretty much too late for them to prepare for it they look like they want to throw up. In fact one of them did because she is staring at the literal "end" of her world and she does not have the psychological or emotional strength to handle it. She was very fortunate in her real estate career and spent money on frivolous things like way a way too expensive house, cars, boats, expensive vacations and other "toys".
Everything that is being done can be undone with a big win in 2010. We need to flood the voting booths to overcome the built in left wing cheating.
If we don’t take back Congress in 2010, we’re doubly screwed.
This, from the political party that kept calling it “the worst economy since the Great Deptression” during a time of 5% unemployment, that has spent the last ten years telling us that the oceans were going to drown us unless we don’t surrender all our income to the UN.
The pubbies don’t have to scare us. Zero is doing a fine job all on his own!
Projection. What the hell is he doing, if not frightening ppl into supporting him
If the Republicans voted in are conservative, libery loving individualists that truly believe in a minimalist government you may be right. However, if they are status quo RNC RINO hacks of the type we’ve seen since 94, at best we’ll just be buying some time until the pendulum swings back the other way. There’s plenty of big government types within the RNC.
27 times in ONE speech, Obama used the word ‘crisis’...and now tells Republicans to stop trying to scare people! Figures...
God Bless You.
I call ‘em like I see ‘em!
An interesting comment made by the head of the Party of Fear. Just amazing. Anytime the Democratic Party is mentioned it should be accompanied with the appropriate description as “the Party of Fear”.
Obortion O — We tell the truth. You tell lies. Live with it and stop being a baby.
whine, whine, cry.
Whine, whine, cry.
I’d like to know where things are better? When he came into office unemployemnt was at 6% now it’s at 10% how is that “better”? The only reason it dropped at all was because some have dropped off of the rolls and others took part time Christmas work. He can stick that chart as far as I’m concerned and I hope the republican’s smirked and gave him the middle finger like he so often likes to do!
“Theres plenty of big government types within the RNC.”
Yes, but probably no communist traitors. The Kenyan has made the difference between the parties clear.

Deepen, exacerbate existing problems, crises, differences, and if they dont exist, create them and then deepen, exacerbate them...and profit [politically, ideologically and even financially] the most from them in any way you can, and, in the resulting chaos, blame our enemies for the whole thing. Hey Bitches!
Never let a good crisis go to waste.
