As I wrote here yesterday, I believe the feeding frenzy currently taking place at the Copenhagen trough will result in the ultimate global governance of every man woman and child on the planet. A climate treaty may not actually be signed and agreed upon by the 192 countries whose representatives are currently living LARGE on caviar and limousines at the conference, but the rules such a treaty might impose will still take effect.
The main reason to believe this will happen is that President Barack Obama has pulled an end run around the American people and the legislators they have elected by having the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) declare carbon a toxic pollutant, despite the fact that all life on the planet is basically carbon-based. But fascists can never be swayed by facts and Obama has shown that when it comes to imposing his draconian agenda he isn’t particularly squeamish about violating the principles of the Constitution or the rights of the people.

Yes, independent sources are confirming that Obama will sign the Copenhagen "Treaty" (Executive Agreement) in order to bypass Congress and bring the US under control of the Global Government created by the Treaty.
Every other county in the world clearly understands this is a treaty ... one which starts with a tax on the US of 2% of GDP.

Simple logic prevails. Obama calls polls crayon writing kids and is trashing this country and spending money like a hillbilly on Park Avenue that won the lottery because HE CAN! NOBODY IS SPEAKING UP for fear of Obama’s race card.
The question is. WHAT WILL AMERICA DO WHEN OBAMA SIGNS US UP FOR ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT, one world currency, global taxes next week all under the guise of global warming?

The soviets never much said they were communist, all they crowed about was their “socialism”. I hate the way socialists act like they are a reasonable version of communism.
The central planners of socialism need centralized enforcement, or their economic and social “plan” is doomed to fail. What good is a plan you cannot enforce? This is why socialism is so evil. It matters not whether you go to the gulagas, the killing fields, or wind up like England. Either way, the central planners demand the right to closely monitor every minute aspect of your life, and to make all your decisions.

A treaty outside the rules set in the Constitution? Taxation without representation?? I think the next tea party will need to be more in the spirit of the original. A prelude to revolt.
Americans must not be forced to pay a UN tax. We have no voice there. We do not vote on anyone sitting there. If you accept that we are one voice out of something like 180,,, we have no means to force the UN to Americas will.
If there is a UN Tax, it is time for an actual revolution to reestablish the constitution. That is a bright line.
Obama or the U.N., and remember, it’s for the children.
(I didn’t mean to actually be corrective here, since you and I agree. We’re both more tongue in cheek than anything else, this is so out of control.)

If we win the house, he must be impeached as a traitor. The house can do it with simple majority. It’s the fastest way to save the republic. OTOH,,it would be wonderful and better for our nation to see him crushingly defeated in an election.

I completely agree ... but just wait, EPA has the power to enact taxes, fines and fees. We don't elect that quasi-governmental organization either.

"Enter Lord Christopher Monckton. The former adviser to Margaret Thatcher gave an address at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, earlier this month that made quite a splash. For the first time, the public heard about the 181 pages, dated Sept. 15, that comprise the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change—a rough draft of what could be signed come December.
So far there have been more than a million hits on the YouTube post of his address. It deserves millions more because Lord Monckton warns that the aim of the Copenhagen draft treaty is to set up a transnational "government" on a scale the world has never before seen.
The "scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention" that starts on page 18 contains the provision for a "government." The aim is to give a new as yet unnamed U.N. body the power to directly intervene in the financial, economic, tax and environmental affairs of all the nations that sign the Copenhagen treaty.
The reason for the power grab is clear enough: Clause after complicated clause of the draft treaty requires developed countries to pay an "adaptation debt" to developing countries to supposedly support climate change mitigation. Clause 33 on page 39 says that "by 2020 the scale of financial flows to support adaptation in developing countries must be [at least $67 billion] or [in the range of $70 billion to $140 billion per year]."
SIDENOTE:I just saw polifactcheck.org and they call this a TREATY as they are spewing out facts that Obama said He would NEVER do anything the congress disagrees with.<-——The congress is all for global communism and have the votes to corrupt,lie, lock doors, vote in the middle of the night and do whatever the hell they want.
