Yes, independent sources are confirming that Obama will sign the Copenhagen "Treaty" (Executive Agreement) in order to bypass Congress and bring the US under control of the Global Government created by the Treaty.

A treaty outside the rules set in the Constitution? Taxation without representation?? I think the next tea party will need to be more in the spirit of the original. A prelude to revolt.
Americans must not be forced to pay a UN tax. We have no voice there. We do not vote on anyone sitting there. If you accept that we are one voice out of something like 180,,, we have no means to force the UN to Americas will.
If there is a UN Tax, it is time for an actual revolution to reestablish the constitution. That is a bright line.
