SIDENOTE:I just saw polifactcheck.org and they call this a TREATY as they are spewing out facts that Obama said He would NEVER do anything the congress disagrees with.<-——The congress is all for global communism and have the votes to corrupt,lie, lock doors, vote in the middle of the night and do whatever the hell they want.
Polifactcheck.org says it cannot be done without congress voting (ratifying) and basically call Lord Monckton a nutjob.
