Per Fox. Obama will impose cap and trade through the EPA and executive order. White House spokesman quoted as saying that since the Senate seems unwilling to pass cap and trade, Obama is willing to do so by himself to "address the global warming crisis." This is timed to the Copenhagen fiasco of radical Warmists.

I am sure the Senate will stand-up to him. /S

Do you honestly think our military would put up with that. Did you see the hostile looks on the faces of many of the West Point cadets? I know a few military people; the ones I know uniformly despise our maximum leader (although I know few black military personnel, and don't know where they would fall in such a dispute).

We might see a quick repeat to the Honduras actions. This in fact may be why Zero was so quick to condemn Honduras' deposing of their leftist dictator wanna be when he overstepped his constitutional powers.
