Per Fox. Obama will impose cap and trade through the EPA and executive order. White House spokesman quoted as saying that since the Senate seems unwilling to pass cap and trade, Obama is willing to do so by himself to "address the global warming crisis." This is timed to the Copenhagen fiasco of radical Warmists.

I am sure the Senate will stand-up to him. /S

Now you know why Zero seems to so admire Hugo Chavez and others of his ilk. He fancies himself America's dictator. Our prez is already dooming himself to a one-term presidency; such a brazenly unconstitutional attempt would all but guarantee that he wouldn't even last a full term. Impeachment votes would likely result in the GOP controlled House that such a move would almost assure after the 2010 elections, and even a Senate narrowly controlled by the dems might vote to impeach. Even if they are dems, no one is more jealous of their prerogatives that the bulls in the Senate.

They would have to hurry to complete impeachment, however, before Texas and a number of other states seceded.

Obama is a moron, but I really don't think he's that stupid.
