NEW YORK Tomorrow 56 newspapers in 45 countries take the perhaps unprecedented step of speaking with one voice through a common editorial. Many if not most will publish it on the front page, warning of a "profound emergency."
The Guardian of London, which helped draft the editorial, published it today, with a note at the end. Here it is. *
Unless we combine to take decisive action, climate change will ravage our planet, and with it our prosperity and security. The dangers have been becoming apparent for a generation. Now the facts have started to speak: 11 of the past 14 years have been the warmest on record, the Arctic ice-cap is melting and last year's inflamed oil and food prices provide a foretaste of future havoc. In scientific journals the question is no longer whether humans are to blame, but how little time we have got left to limit the damage. Yet so far the world's response has been feeble and half-hearted.

Total BS
The Guardian of London
Worst paper in the world.
Good only for training your puppy.
My reply editorial:
HORSESH*T
There are so few readers of newspapers that it makes little difference.
56 more or less openly communist editorial staffs, now self-”outed.”
I remember when science was evaluated based on publicly available data and objective peer review. I miss those days. Today science is decreed by tyrants grabbing for more power and by editorial boards hoping to be given crumbs in return for their support.
Lemmings.
Another reason papers are obsolete.
Groupthink.
I guess these morons haven’t seen the Climategate E-Mails.
Ping me if you find one I've missed.
If they DO NOT cover the Climate-gate story, but can be made to run this ‘editorial’ then they can not be counted on for news ever again.
You can really tell by this joint editorial how desperate and terrified the leftist, criminal con-artist combine is that their walls may be tumbling down very shortly.

No print edition paper I am aware of casts itself as “fair and balanced”.
If it’s in the newspaper it must be true.
If all of these newspapers had decided to go even ONE DAY without publishing -—
How much air and water pollution would have been avoided?
How much energy would have been saved?
-— Who cares about CO2? CO2 is NOT pollution!
They all lie together. What a bunch of presstitutes.
You can believe us. We’re journalists.
