When it comes to telling the truth, NPR is NPO.
I WISH Fox would get rid of her, but they won't.
Juan and Mara are useful if for no other reason that seeing what inanities a true believer will spout in defense of the indefensible. They are a tool to use in building an argument against the left wing talking points because you are certain to get them undiluted from these two.
Then when faced with a leftists who wants to argue, if you have listened to these two and dissected their blather you will be better armed to break down every lie, every half truth or misdirection and devastate their positions with fact.
So I’m all for Fox News keeping Mara and Juan on the job and active as a teaching aid.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Fox dump that oozing dogs penis ellis henican though, he is absent a single redeeming quality.
“Mara and Juan becoming Hannitized”
Well......every time Juan starts talking common sense, a trigger topic like `global warming’ turns him right back into a kneejerk liberal. Re Climategate, he digs his heels in and says “don’t confuse me with facts!”
And Mara Liasson, her roots are deep in NPR. BTW, I was listening to her thirty-five years ago on “Morning Sedition” and she looks amazingly good on TV. But watch her eyes: when Fred Barnes or another conservative is holding forth, those peepers go nuclear with a stare that could burn through plate steel.
Anyway, NPR has no business telling her or anyone else where they can guest appear. That’s fascism.
You nailed it.
And they can take that very UN-funny woebegone fool along with them.
Commercial radio is simply so grim with ad after ad after ad of people screaming about credit reports or the IRS, it is simply becoming intolerable to listen to; meantime NPR is Leftie Central, and who knows what is going to happen to the merger of Sirus-XM satellite radio -- they debuted a brand new radio called THE MIRGE, but it's only for autos, you have to buy all sorts of extra stuff to make it a home version of satellite radio. Dangerously STRANGE people are running that corporation, LOL
Liasson has been on Fox for years so why is NPR pressuring Mara to give up her Fox gig now?
Could have someone from the Obama administration had a little talk with NPR about their reporters being on Fox? Or are NPR listeners saying that they won’t give money to NPR as long as a Fox contributer is being employed by NPR?
I wonder how Fox feels about their reporters that NPR invites onto NPR shows?
Oh...right. There aren’t any. Boy, Fox sure is biased. Yep, Fox is.
To date, she has never denied that her baby born just days after the end of her stint as NPR correspondent to the Clinton White House was Bubba Spawn
Good on yer, Mara!
There has been absolutely no change in Fox's *news* programming. It's still professional and balanced, unlike most other cable news channels which present only the liberal view. NPR itself deals heavily in op-ed type opinion programming and can't seem to distinguish the "Beck/O'Reilly Opinion Effect" from actual news. I wonder if the NPR execs ever monitor Matthews and Olbermann?
My toughts too. There goes freedom of speech and freedom of press.
She’s no dummy. She knows she’s much more recognized as a Fox News panel guest than a contributor to NPR.
The fish says “what water”?
I wonder if this is part of a larger plan to remove all libs from Fox News. This would then allow them to claim that FNC is unbalanced, and might be a prelude to some sort of more sinister strategy.
LOL, that's all new to me.
Amazing isn’t it. When I was younger I used to listen to NPR constantly. Now that I am wiser I only listen to AM radio, but now I am listening to Christmas music
yes—but only those NOT at NPR get the punchline....
don’t go on fox any more (orders from O-hole and Rahm)
BARF ALERT! BARF ALERT! Just listen to the liberal babble spewed on NPR's Diane Rehm Show sometime.
We wish FOX was biased.
They’re way too moderate for me and way too conservative for NPR - proving again that how one views others depends on where one is standing.
