Today, Mindy Lawton, 34, knows that she was just one of many mistresses taken by the golfer. Throughout their 14-month affair she thought that what she had with Tiger was special & that they were in love.
She and Tiger met in summer 2006, when Mindy was working as an $8-an-hour manager & waitress at Perkins, a diner only a short drive from Tiger's home.
Tiger & his wife Elin would regularly take breakfast there.
He called her at Perkins & said, "This is Tige," - that's the pet name he always used for himself - "Will you meet me at the Blue Martini?"
'She was very excited but nervous so she asked our next oldest sister, Bobbi, to go with her. She was like, "Oh, I'm going to hang out with Tiger!"'
It is now known that this nightclub & cocktail bar was a favourite haunt of Tiger's. Tiger & Mindy left the club separately.
Mindy drove her sister home then met Tiger on his way to his house. She followed, driving at a discreet distance, & at the gated development was waved in by the guard.
Lynn said: 'Mindy told me the next day, "We went to his house and & sex. He was extremely good."'
Lynn thinks Elin was out of the country that night. She said: 'That was always the pattern. Mindy would drive her old Saturn car & follow Tiger in his Escalade.
According to our investigation, when 'Team Tiger' discovered that a tabloid magazine not only had blurry pictures of him & Mindy in the car park but evidence of the consummation, they went into a panic. Then they went to work.

People on roids are more injury prone the muscles get too strong for the ligaments
I think you're dead wrong here.
First, most people, if not everyone, has experienced tragedy, loss, grief, embarrassment and so on at some level. The very reason people react so strongly to revelations such as those surrounding Tiger is that they have, indeed, suffered themselves (either as the victim or the perpetrator of sorrow) and they rise up to defend against this occurring to others. This, identifying and caring for the *innocents,* is a very human response.
Secondly, to condemn publicly a public figure's actions can never be "unkind." I think, rather, it's "unkind" to the innocents and society as a whole to remain silent when this type of outrage occurs.
“Good point, the American peoples wants are their needs.”
But that wasn’t my point - there is a very big difference between what we want and what we need. We need food, shelter, and a few other basics - the rest we want but can live without.
I'm not getting your point.
Is calling a scum a scum "absolute vitriol"?
Is calling a scum a scum uncivilized, illogical, and disrespectful?
Help me out here!
For all intents and purposes HGH is “legal” in pro sports, good luck trying to test for it as it stands right now. When baseball “banned” steroids, you saw some guys shrink, some didn’t. I think some guys just stopped because their bodies were so obvious that they just didn’t want the scrutiny. Heavy HGH use can have some bad side effects, smaller doses can be great.
They all tell the same lame lies too, it’s funny. A-Rod, Manny, all of them, their excuses are a joke to me, they know exactly what they were doing. I love the excuses of Bonds and other guys that it was an accident, they didn’t know what they were being injected with, thought it was a B-12 shot. They’re all the equivalent of the dog ate my homework. Yeah, I’m making 20 Million a year with this body, just shoot me up with any old thing, lol.
That's a good point. I think, however, that it's standard practice of care to do an HIV screen for mother's delivering in the hospital. I could be wrong. I'm not a physician, but I believe I've read that. Hopefully the kids are safe.
If you're interested, there's some fascinating information at CDC about HIV transmission in utero. It's quite sobering.
Detecting and treating HIV infection early can make a big difference in the health of the baby.
What makes you think so? Did you see a statement from a physician stating that no one woman could keep him from being in a state of continual sexual frustration? Or that he "needs" an unbelievable amount of sex in order to live comfortably? I doubt that. We have never had any reports that he had sex more than once or twice a day, a frequency his wife or any other woman could have provided him with sans difficulty. What he did was to pick up women who appealed to him from time to time instead of requiring six women a day.
There is no evidence that Woods was anything other than a narcissistic horndog. That level of selfishness and risk-taking suggests the need for psychotherapy, not sex. Your contention that he's different and special and somehow exempt from a moral requirement to remain faithful to his wife makes one wonder if you have embraced a troublingly conditional system of morality.
Good points.
I haven’t seen anything about PE drugs yet, but one of the skanks said she and Tige used Ambien together (for recreational purposes);
Tige told the police who responded to the accident that he had had a “pain pill” beforehand;
Tige’s pinball trajectory driving was more akin to DUI driving than anger-driving;
The neighbors observed Tige lying in the road after the accident and he was, um, SNORING;
One of the skanks said Tige had her hire bunches of prostitutes to fly on Tige’s private jet and party — implying, at the least, drug use.
And if the potential drug use allegations, and their criminal and sport sequelae, don’t materialize, there are still the matters of potential criminal conduct in transporting prostitutes across state lines, owning (in effect) a brothel or other criminal enterprise, etc.
Ole Tige is not paying these women to shut up about the nasty. There’s much more here, I’d say. Whether it will be revealed, depends.
She is his wife, not mine, and nor am I married to you either! LOL.
Thats not conditional morality, its an clear understanding of duty.
“...He may be fooling a lot of people, but hes not fooling me. If we had a magic truth serum I would bet everything I own on it, and never break a sweat waiting for the results...”
Point by point you are very persuasive. However I’m a bit saddened by how prolific such drug use has become. Just how dangerous is such use in your opinon at the “cheated a lot less level” and the “arrogant” level?
And folks should know better than to do so.Its not rationalization.
Good luck with your prejudices, we all have them, but this is not one I happen to have.
You know, I completely understand that you have your reasons for not wanting to "denigrate" Tiger Woods.
However, you are not far from turning around and doing to others on this thread what you supposedly abhor.
People are simply expressing their strong moral and social disapproval of Tiger's conduct. Yet you accuse them of "glorifying in the suffering of others" and "castigating" (I take it, in your view, wrongly) those who are deeply suffering. You say they are "rationalizing" that it's proper to strongly condemn Tiger's conduct.
Worst of all, and way too PC in my book, You call their expressions of their moral outrage "prejudicies."
Sorry. I think that's going too far.
If you want to counsel "lighten up," fine! That's your right and your advice may be appropriate and well-taken. But stop there.
I agree. A lot of White women have been following Brit and Paris into the moral crapper. We should not be respectful of this kind of behavior - home wreckers.
Well said.
And your point is?
And I’ll refute you, point-by-point.
1. While hitting that many balls is demanding at first, your body quickly adjusts (the soreness does go away). Tiger was built to play golf since he was a little kid, and he’s not exactly an old man at 33. I say this as someone who regularly hits hundreds of balls a day in the summer (and would hit more, if I had more money).
2. Significant is relative. Wikipedia lists him at 6’1” and 185. That’s probably not more than 40 pounds above what he weighed when he turned pro. If that’s even close to accurate, I don’t see what the big deal is here. I’m 5’9” and weigh about 180. 10 years ago (a few years after Tiger turned pro) I weighed 140 pounds when I graduated from MCRD Parris Island. Most of what I’ve put on since then has been muscle, and I don’t do any drugs. You’re right in that he didn’t have back problems, he changed his swing with Butch Harmon so that he wouldn’t have back problems in the future, as his reckless swing style back then would have led to. If Tiger is using supplements that help with recovery, as you claim, instead of just ones for strength, then half the tour is. Vijay is known as one of the hardest working guys on tour, possibly harder than Tiger.
3. I’m sorry, Tiger Woods looks nothing like Barry Bonds. Have you ever seen Tiger up close in person? I have, he was less than 10 feet away from me at his tournament here in DC a few years ago. He’s not all that impressive in person, he just looks like a regular guy you’d see who works out a lot in the gym. I’ve also seen multiple NFL players up close, and while some of them were imposing, many of them just looked like Tiger Woods - average weight lifters. 6’1” and 185 pounds does not impress me. I also doubt you train as hard as Tiger.
4. It’s not just the drug testing. It’s the fact that drug purchases can be tracked. The BALCO scandal is a perfect example of this, how many guys were outed in that because their names were on lists, not because they tested positive? The chance of Tiger or one of his trainers getting caught is too high to make it beneficial.
5. Actually, I do know what to look for, as I’m quite a gym rat and have known people who used gear. Tiger does not show the telltale signs of using, like gynecomastia. If you could see him in person like I have, and have spent a lot of time in gyms like I have, you wouldn’t be nearly as impressed with his size. Large, thick, rounded muscles aren’t terribly difficult to get when you lift weights properly and eat properly. Just because he was skinny (like I was when I was younger) doesn’t mean his bones won’t support the weight. In fact, it’s the skinny ones that usually have an easier time. We can eat a lot of junk food that fat people can’t and still put on muscle.
That photo upthread strikes me as a very happy man.
Maybe he just signed the pre-nups with the wrong girl, and
married her.
Then maybe he discovered his handlers were wrong, and fell in love with someone more like him.
Naturally, further Christmases and Easters will be awkward, but that’s the billionaire world.
